Finally, they put out a decent bill, we had to bargain and threaten the police, as a result the bill was changed to a smaller one, but still more than the price list. By the way, we wrote to the sanatorium website asking for help, but received a reply that our letter had been forwarded to the hotel. I definitely wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

As soon as we abandoned the idea of ordering drinks in a restaurant, the waiters lost interest in us, and they even stopped coming to the table and completely ignored us, even removing the dishes only after we left. When there were requests to the restaurant administration to bring a glass of clean water to the child, there was no refusal, but they poured water from the tap that smelled strongly of bleach, which was impossible to drink, but at the same time, it was not allowed to bring water with you. I really didn’t like this moment, because clean water is a necessary attribute of life and should not be a source of income in a hotel positioning treatment. The room's windows overlooked the road, but there was no noise, the room was warm and quiet (you couldn't hear the neighbors either). Another pleasant surprise - when visiting the doctor, a Russian-speaking representative, Irina, was waiting for me at his door (thanks to her too), she showed me everything, told me, and provided me with a circle for the lake. The food is very good and has a wide variety (although some dishes were too salty - fish, omelet). I would especially like to note the work of sanatoriums.com. I received answers to all my questions asked by email or phone. There were also no problems with the transfer - we were met and taken exactly at the appointed time. Upon check-out, the problem with paying for the hotel was instantly resolved - the lady at the hotel tried to charge me a local tax, although it was already included in the price of my booking (it was indicated in my confirmation, but not in hers). The lady contacted sanatoriums.com, and they confirmed to her that the tax was already included in the price, as was VAT. By the way, the cost of the package (accommodation + meals + procedures) on sanatoriums.com turned out to be lower than the cost of accommodation + meals on other booking sites and the hotel’s website.
