The pillows urgently need to be changed, it is simply impossible to sleep on them. In the dining room, you need to change the order of dishes for the next day, and make several dishes at a time and people themselves will choose what they like when delivering, it seems to me that this is much easier for both the staff and the vacationers. Change of towels and bed linen only upon request, and if you don’t ask to change, then no one would change it. Of course, all premises require renovation.

It must be said right away that almost all the procedures shown in the commercial are available only for an additional fee. Free: mud, hydrogen sulfide baths, water aerobics, and they suggest that swimming in the pool, gym, Nordic walking and drinking mineral water be considered procedures. The participation of staff in these “procedures” is not provided and is stated on the website as an additional plus. Further, the three-star sanatorium offers upon arrival two towels per person and 20 grams of soap for two and that’s it, towels are changed twice a week. Cleaning of the premises five days a week. The volleyball court announced on the website does not have a net, markings and the presence of a huge log lying across the court. Paid for 80 procedures per person have not been received, thanks to the head physician. This resort is not worth the money paid.

There is no WI-Fi in the deluxe rooms, there is no manual bidet, in order to wash yourself you need to go to the bathtub every time. Apparently the sanatorium has not been renovated since its opening. I wonder how older people can wash themselves if getting into the bath is problematic. The sanatorium has become larger looks like an almshouse, there are a lot of old and sick people who need special living conditions. Regarding the food, the cooks change every 2 days, if the cook (name Katerina) everything is very tasty, if another cook the food is disgustingly prepared.

Good afternoon. I am satisfied with the rest and treatment. I visited the Yantarny Bereg sanatorium for the first time. The travel period is from 05/02/16-05/11/16, I expected 10 days, but the services were provided for 9 days. On May 11th we were no longer fed and no procedures were prescribed. Of the 35 procedures free of charge based on advertising, we provided: 6 procedures for manual massage of the collar area, 7 procedures for physical therapy - warming up the hip joint. Swimming pool and walking with poles are free. The service is excellent, an extensive range of procedures, walks along the seashore give you energy for half a year.. For those who want to lose weight: diet number 8, gives good results in nine days, weight is reduced by three kilograms, in the absence of hunger.
