The location is very good. Room cleaning is great! The front desk workers are wonderful!! The food is terrible!!! Fire the cook!!! Out of 9 days, 2 dinners were served more than once. Over the course of 9 days, we said that the food was disgusting, everything was old and dried out. Even the side dish is not fresh, dried out. 2-3 salads in incomprehensible, very small quantities. The meat was rotten, dried out, weathered... lunches and dinners were equally bad. I had to go to restaurants to eat extra. The nurse is evil and unpleasant. When asked to change procedures, she rudely answered NO and changed to fewer procedures. The massage therapists were good, but the massage was done rudely by a man.

excellent location, very good rooms, helpful staff (mostly), the city itself is charming, wonderful air, healing waters, many forest routes for walking, but of course there is no question of any 5 stars. The hotel is very nice, especially the bright new rooms. but: the carpet on the floor is dirty, on the balcony there is a continuous cobweb and a cemetery of insects. Not all rooms have air conditioning. There are no large beds or any mattresses to sleep comfortably on the pushed-up semis. terrible blankets - narrow and quite dense synthetic ones. They don't breathe at all. The food is generally good, but 3 times in a week there were dishes that were really tasteless. there is no pool.

I didn’t like the conversation with cosmetologist Sabina. Very intrusive attempts to sell products. After refusing to buy, the attitude is openly negative. She has a strange payment system for services - in cash without providing a receipt or change.

Very nice hotel, rooms are clean, comfortable, renovated. The staff is friendly. The cooks cook very well (we took full board). And of course the location is probably one of the coolest that can be in the city.Negatives
We didn’t find any particular cons, but we were surprised by the lack of a kettle and tea/coffee in the room. Still, the hotel is 5 stars, they could have given it :)

The interior is rustic for a five-star hotel, the tables in the restaurant are covered with napkins, I would like to see white tablecloths on the tables, the maids did not always change towels, the doctor was seen only once on the day of arrival
