The rooms are very cozy, everything is provided, even a separate closed dressing room. All light sources are located where needed, and there are enough of them; you can turn on the light from different points in the room. I was especially pleased with the illuminated cabinets and safe, as well as three levels of light in the bathroom. Soft, comfortable beds, we slept like logs every day. I also really liked the food. We took full board and enjoyed practically home cooking and a small Viennese-style restaurant on the top floor, where breakfast, lunch and dinner were served. There were a lot of fruits, vegetables, meat, chicken, fish, two or three types of side dishes, and it was all deliciously prepared, different every day, and there were practically no unhealthy dishes. Special respect to the cook! We were even allowed to take desserts into our room, where we ate them in the evening with tea (there was a kettle and tea bags in the room to choose from). All the staff at the hotel are very friendly. Of the procedures, I especially liked the massage, it was clearly better than in other sanatoriums where we were, more professional, and the massage therapist had gorgeous hands. The rest of the procedures are generally standard, nothing exotic, but we didn’t need it. We ended up with 3-4 procedures a day; any more would have been too much.

We managed to get the full set we paid for only after two reminders with a copy of the reservation. It was even somehow unpleasant that such a wonderful hotel was trying to be petty and save money on what the guests had honestly paid for. With all the praise for the cook (see above), we would like to note that several times he slightly added salt to the soups. It was, of course, possible to eat, but if there had been a little less salt, the pleasure of eating would have been complete.

But no one was going to call us either on Saturday, or on Sunday, or on the other days of our stay! I tried to call myself, but an incomprehensible girl answered and remained silent on the phone to my complaints. We had to solve the problem ourselves, since we needed somewhere to spend the night. Agree to another one-room suite and 3 adult women slept in the same bed! On Saturday we had to pay extra money to move into a two-room suite, which we were entitled to when booking through your website! It was a very nervous day. When I accidentally read a bad review similar to mine, before leaving, I didn’t believe it at all!!! This has NEVER happened with the Sanatorium. On Monday they wanted to come to you, but they didn’t decide not to spoil their nerves and health, and there were a lot of procedures.... Each procedure is in a separate room, although not large, but in a separate room, and not behind a curtain, as is often the case. The hotel staff is welcoming, attentive and responsive.
