Excellent location of the Royal Villa Group Bristol hotel, the view from the room was over the city. The hotel has a wonderful, well-kept area, where after lunch or dinner you can admire panoramic views of the city. Lovely friendly staff. I really didn't like the attitude of the doctors. One doctor fell ill, the other was practically impossible to approach. Even when he was alone in the office. Given that the hotel was half empty, I did not receive a full second visit to the doctor. Not very friendly attitude of the staff during the procedures. This is not just my opinion.

I didn’t like the running around for procedures from building to building along rather confusing transitions. It took 3-4 days to navigate more or less freely. I would like to receive the procedures in the building where you live, especially since there are conditions for this in every building. Treatment is at a good level, but according to a minimal program. All examinations, with the exception of urine, blood and ECG tests, are for an additional fee.

It is not convenient to undergo procedures prescribed by a doctor in different hotels of the Bristol group. Transitions between offices introduce an element of confusion. The same goes for a restaurant; when there are a lot of vacationers, the restaurant can’t cope. The attitude towards the diagnosis of clients is rather superficial; it is obvious that the task of the sanatorium staff is to provide a proven set of procedures that are available.

- Well, make normal navigation throughout the entire complex; it is very difficult for older people to navigate under the tight time frame between procedures. We were with my mother; she only began to find her way at the end of the first week; we had to accompany her the whole time. Navigation is not clear and visual. - Work must be done to standardize procedures; staff in different shifts and rooms perform each procedure differently.

The exception was a doctor and a specialist in gas injections. During the procedures they almost yelled at me, and this is not just my impression, many vacationers complained about the same thing. And when leaving they actually came to check the availability of a robe! This is in Bristol!
