A very nice hotel where everything is just right: the ambience, the food, the wellness area, the treatments and the location. The location is very central, but you have to walk a little longer down the stairs from the hotel to the spa area with the springs, which is a disadvantage for guests who are not so good on foot - but there are also hours from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m If you still have the option of using a free public elevator, you only have to walk about 200m on a moderate incline without stairs. Particularly worth mentioning is the quality and variability of the buffets (breakfast, lunch, dinner). That's hard to beat. And then the staff: you just feel comfortable, all the employees are very friendly and professional and you just feel that the working atmosphere among the employees must also be very good. The medical care and the treatments and massages are also carried out very professionally. We can recommend the hotel without reservation. However, there is one small downside: the prices for drinks in the restaurant are quite high even by Karlovy Vary standards, especially for wine. However, consumption is voluntary and free water is offered and poured from jugs at the table at all times and alcohol is actually an obstacle to the success of the treatment, as it says in the individually created treatment and drinking instructions. The location is central, but there are still a lot of steps to get out of the city. No problem for us, we like running and it's good training. However, it would be a bit problematic for guests who find it difficult to walk (although there is also a public elevator). I'm not sure if there was enough mention of this in the advertising for this hotel, if not then it should be adjusted. Transfer: You should consider whether you should limit the number of people in the Renault van you are using to 5-6 people and perhaps then adjust the price a little upwards accordingly (or create a choice). Firstly, it reduces the number of stops and detours required and therefore the overall journey time. And secondly, the two of you in the front seat are already very cramped. Since the legroom in the back seats is not particularly comfortable (especially when the back seats are fully occupied by 3 people), the journey becomes a bit strenuous. Otherwise, door-to-door transport is of course a very nice thing.

The breakfasts was good. I would recommend to include to the breakfast the cheese pancake. The dinner is not for the 5 star hotel. The biggest disappointments was the Christmas dinner.

Great spa area, we booked a hotel with treatments, I can only recommend that, and the price at the sanatorium is even cheaper than booking directly at the hotel. Cleanliness is perfect, ambience is very pleasant. The building is located a little higher, it takes 5 minutes to get to the springs if you take the stairs. There is a city elevator nearby, but it might be difficult if someone has difficulty walking, but it didn't bother us. We felt very comfortable there and are already planning our next stay at the hotel

We have assessed previous spa stays that were arranged through your agency as very good. This time too we were completely satisfied. However, we prefer the Luxury Spa Hotel Olympic Palace because of the friendly staff, both in the hotel area, restaurant and in the prescribed treatments. We were on vacation for the first time in Karlovy Vary and stayed at the Luxury Spa Hotel Olympic Palace from April 10 to 24. The weather was not the best, but this did not spoil our rest and treatment at all. I can only leave the most positive reviews about the hotel. Excellent location - slightly on the mountain, but not too high and very close to the main colonnade. A pleasant Welcome drink during the meeting. The room was spacious and comfortable. They cleaned it 2 times a day + asked if anything extra was needed, they always brought fresh fruit, if I’m not mistaken, once every two days. All the hotel staff, starting from the reception, waiters, bartenders, are very friendly, always ready to answer and help you in a friendly manner. I would like to express special gratitude to the staff of the Wellness Center, starting from the doctors - Pavel and Elena - competent, competent, attentive to your health problems, procedures are prescribed/corrected depending on the result that you decided to achieve through joint efforts)), to all the medical staff . Special thanks to the wonderful massage therapists Nikolai and Vadim. A wonderful physiotherapist Alla - she competently helped with her advice - for which special thanks to her! I really liked the base itself and the set of procedures; there is almost everything your heart desires. The cleanliness and order in the spa area was especially pleasing. Small but wonderful pool and saunas. Nutrition. We were pleasantly surprised by the varied breakfasts. There are always three types of porridge, which is generally not typical for European hotels! Pancakes, hash browns, fresh fruit and much more. The food is delicious. We also really liked the dinners, they are closer to healthy eating - but we would like the menu to be different, because... in the second week it gets a little boring)). Therefore, most likely next time we will take only breakfast at the hotel. My husband and I decided that we would definitely return to Karlovy Vary and did not plan to look for another hotel, because... Everything was fine at Olympic Palace! The main problem was when checking into the hotel. An employee of Sanatoriums confirmed the reservation of our rooms and sent confirmation by email, but when we arrived at the hotel we were told that there was no reservation for us. The Sanatoriums employee did not want to talk to us and did not want to solve her mistake and our problems. Only the hotel administrator, Gidka, helped us; she met us halfway because she saw that we were not deceiving her, she saw the correspondence with the Sanatoriums employee and saw the confirmation that we received by mail. The Sanatoriums service itself works very poorly.

Данная температура является также оптимальной для занатий гимнастикой в бассейне, которые у нас проходят. Сауны у нас работают каждый день с 12 до 21 часов. К сожалению, не можем Вам ответить почему работала только одна сауна, так, как не знаем конкретные день, но даже в случае технической неисправности одной сауны, две с 12 часов работают всегда. This was our fifth trip to Karlovy Vary, and the first time we liked literally everything. The hotel is gorgeous, the food is simply amazing. The free pool, jacuzzi and sauna available at any time really brightened up our stay, especially on those days when it was hot outside. Special respect goes to the chef of the restaurant: he prepared lunches and dinners that were almost Michelin-starred, we did not expect this at all, even from a five-star hotel. I was also pleasantly surprised by the parking service: we arrived in Karlovy Vary by car, handed over the key upon check-in, and the staff drove the car to the parking lot; Later, when we needed a car, we informed the reception, and when we left, the car was parked at the entrance. (This was not the case in other hotels). I noted the disadvantages of the hotel's location below, but here I will talk about the advantages: source 4 is located a hundred meters from the entrance to the hotel, in the morning, when we were in a hurry, we always used it. Also, within two minutes you can go down the stairs to source 11. In addition, there is also a secret path from the kamu steps in the steepest place (ask the locals), which in 3 minutes leads down the slope to sources 6 and 7. Our package included 21 treatments per person. In principle, this was enough, but on every previous visit, when staying at other hotels, we always did a blood and urine test, they were included in the price of the trip. Here I had to pay for the tests, and the amount was not a penny. The hotel is located on a mountain; personally, this did not cause me any discomfort, but for my wife, after long walks around the city and the surrounding area, it sometimes took some effort to climb up. In fact, during the day more than half the journey can be done by public elevator, which is very convenient. But at 21:00 the elevator stops working, and if you haven’t made it by this time, you’ll have to walk. Also, as a recommendation, I would like to suggest to the hotel that they change the detergent in which they wash their bathrobes: it smells slightly like salty fish, and if you overdo it, the smell becomes quite noticeable.
