Extremely polite and friendly hotel staff (I especially want to highlight the Reception team). Wonderful and very professional maids, keeping the rooms in excellent condition and as clean as possible. Surprisingly, despite the completely empty hotel (maximum 10-12 people), the management did nothing for a comfortable check-in and did not even move those who complained that the movement of the elevator did not allow them to sleep. For example, in the spa area, the shower drain is poorly made; when taking a shower, the shower floor is flooded with water. His replacement (a dark-haired woman) is the complete opposite of what was described above! Nutrition. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are buffet style. A couple of times there were shrimp and marbled beef. BUT! The portions are so measured that only those who came to the opening will get it. Keep in mind:) There have been cases when people complained about sour salads. Dinner from 18:00 to 21:00. One day we arrived at 20:15 and were the only ones in the restaurant. It would seem that all the attention of the staff should be turned to us, but that was not the case. The staff showed us with all their appearance that we should come earlier, but now they are already starting to prepare for closing and we are disturbing them! At the same time, they loudly threw forks and spoons, removing them from the tables and setting the tables for breakfast. The cook was completely absent and the prepared food had already cooled down... At the same time, the senior manager Stanislav, coming in after us, saw all this and ate the same cold food, but did nothing. We were surprised and after dinner we approached Stanislav with indignation. He replied that he agreed, he also ate cold food and would make every effort to avoid this in the future. Strange, isn't it? In fact, management's work should be aimed at preventing this from happening. And then it turns out that if we had not complained, no one would have reacted? Strange standards... Treatment. The balneocomplex is very nice, brand new, well decorated. Chief physician Natalya is a highly qualified, competent doctor. I discovered something in me that other doctors had not paid attention to for 3 long years. (Low cholesterol, much lower than normal. I really thought it was good. She explained how this fact affects the body and I partly found the answers to my poor health). I visit sanatoriums every year and this is the first time I have met such a competent doctor. Hotel management. Ooo! This is a different story... Upon arrival (November 23), I was alarmed by the renovations near the reception. We were assured that these were the finishing touches that would be completed during the day and would not cause us any inconvenience. Although all sources had information that the hotel had been open for a couple of months after a global reconstruction and was ready to receive guests. It turned out that these were just flowers, then it got worse: without coordination with the hotel guests and even without warning, they began to glue carpet on all floors. A sharp, suffocating smell spread throughout the hotel, which quickly penetrated into our room. It became impossible to stay in the hotel. The treatment was nullified! I began to suffer from headaches and shortness of breath. There was no response to the complaints, including the hotel director. This nightmare lasted for about a week. We were looking forward to leaving. I expressed my indignation to the senior manager Stanislav and insisted on compensation for the ruined vacation. Upon arrival home, I received a formal reply from him by email, in which it was written that it was a pity that he found out about our discomfort on the last day of our vacation. This is absolutely not true! We informed about everything in a timely manner, but apparently for the management the main thing is not the guests, but the money.. It’s a shame for the money spent and a vacation that did not improve health, but aggravated the condition of the body.
