The Sanatoriums booklets do not mention anywhere that along the way you will definitely be taken to a certain trading establishment called Bohemia Tradition, thus taking away your time for a free overview of the place where you are going. But there is a full-page advertisement for this store with a recommendation to “visit.” It does not say that they will sell you grenades of dubious quality, accompanying them with a blank (!) certificate from another company (“Garnet”) and will not even issue you a cash receipt, not despite convincing requests! Which is a direct violation of Czech law. We chose the "Historical Prague" tour. Before arriving in the city, the guide “lucidly” explained to everyone that we would not buy real Czech garnets with a guarantee anywhere else except in this place, since many fakes are sold on the central streets of Prague. Then we were dropped off at the above-mentioned museum-shop, where everyone was given a number (!) at the entrance, given a glass of Moravian wine and given a lecture about folk crafts. When there were already 20 minutes left before the bus left, real pandemonium began on the 2nd floor, where the decorations were. Under the pressure of time, no one noticed the catch. On the way back, we brought up all the information about Czech pomegranates and this business, and the mood was irrevocably spoiled... There are many reviews of this store on the Internet, anyone who is not too lazy can read it before falling into a mousetrap with free cheese. The purchased grenades did not have the proper stamps. So now the examination will continue “according to plan.” If you want to buy "pomegranates", do it in Prague or even Karlovy Vary. The same thing will cost you much cheaper there!!! It’s a shame that Sanatoriums, which at first seemed like a reputable company, does such things to its clients...

If you go around to the springs, you can do without steps, but walking along the slope is also quite difficult for older people. Room 103 is spacious with a balcony. Sound insulation is good, even though the room is shared with another. Cleaning is done 2 times, but if you are in the room before 18.00, then after 18.00 you will not receive evening turndown service. Food - in general, everything is very varied and good (see below for details). The treatment center - the head physician Natalya - is wonderful. Other procedure specialists do too. The sauna and swimming pool are all very clean and beautiful, the young workers are very pleasant and polite. Although the pool is small, the impression is good. We went to other 5-star resorts to see, so far this hotel is the best for us! We haven’t been to Savoy yet... So Olympic Palace, don’t relax))))))

Another shift - everyone is polite and you can have time to eat even if you are 10 minutes late. Food: sometimes there were no boiled vegetables for dinner, tomatoes were completely tasteless all the time, there wasn’t enough octopus already in the middle of dinner. It would be great to give cottage cheese for dinner all the time. In general, the food is good, SOLID 4+. Room (lived in 103): short glass wall shower. There is always a swamp in the bathroom after washing! ALSO THE PROBLEM WITH THE BED: it is hard and wooden all around, and protrudes a lot in the corners. When you accidentally touch it, it hurts your legs very much, you walked around with bruises! It needs to be upholstered with soft material or replaced. The reception does not always respond to requests - they asked for a DO NOT DISTURB sign on the door 2 times, both times they ignored it. Another day I went to ask the maid. It's a shame there isn't free bottled water every day. Almost all 5 star hotels provide bottles at night.
