At the Malta Hotel I really liked my spacious and beautiful room overlooking the center of Karlovy Vary. The cleaning of the room was excellent, the bed linen was fresh and the double bed was very comfortable. Thank you so much to the girls who do their job so carefully! We rested in October-November. Regardless of the weather, the hotel is always warm, cozy and clean. I especially want to note the sensitivity, responsiveness, and friendliness of the staff. Great location - double bonus. This is not our first time in Karlovy Vary. But here we liked it the most. Before this we were on holiday in Richmond, and it seemed like it couldn’t get any better. I lived in Malta, the rooms there are large and everything is new - furniture, renovation, nice snow-white linen, the hotel is very quiet, the view of the street is better than on the other side, there is a mountain and trees and it is very dark. The food here has a small range of dishes, but everything is always fresh, you can choose, but not to say that everything is always delicious. You can take the procedures you need, the doctor will listen to your problems and your wishes for the procedures, but not all procedures are available, as in other hotels. The nurses in all the rooms where treatment is carried out are friendly and always positive. If you choose a room to stay in Rouge or Malta, then definitely in Malta. You can change the procedures if you don’t like something.Negatives
1) For procedures you have to constantly run from hotel to hotel, since half are in Rouge, half in Malta. You have to get dressed and walk down the street all the time. It is not comfortable . 2) No pool, no jacuzzi, no sauna, nowhere to go in the evening, just watch TV. At least sometimes there are no entertainment activities provided. 3) The dining room is very small for two hotels, it is not a restaurant, but a dining room, although the hotel is 4 stars. The hotel's food does not deserve 4 stars, only 3. The choice of dishes is small. There is only one porridge in the morning, always buckwheat or oatmeal, apparently they don’t know any others. In the morning everything is the same, nothing changes. Coffee, juice and tea are provided in the mornings, and at lunch and dinner only tea in titanium (nothing at all, tasteless) and water. Is it really not possible to provide some kind of juice or tea bags for lunch and dinner instead of this tea in titanium? In the mornings, they could at least sometimes make cottage cheese casserole or cheese pancakes instead of cottage cheese lying in a container that no one eats. For lunch and dinner there is always a choice of only two dishes, no more. For tea there is always only one type of cake or dessert, well, very modest for 4 stars. When you sit down to eat at any table, other people sit next to you, because sometimes there are a lot of people, and this sometimes gets annoying and you want to eat quickly and run away. There is no privacy as you would like. The hotel is not bad, but you can get better for the same money. There are no kettles in the rooms, so you can’t drink tea, you need to go to the dining room and ask for a thermos with boiling water, and they will only give you a deposit of 10 euros. There are no water coolers in hotels either, buy them yourself somewhere or from the tap.

Many thanks to everyone who was involved in our vacation. The Malta Hotel, where we vacationed, was in an excellent location. We lived there for two weeks and we can say that everyone who works there devotes themselves to their work with love. When we came for lunch or dinner, we always we saw smiling faces. I would like to say a big thank you to Yanochka, Misha, Lada, for the varied food, to the cooks Anya, Marek, Yara. At the reception, Bronislav, who always answered questions politely. I would especially like to thank the people who performed medical procedures on us: Alena, Bogdanka, Gelena, Petra, Miroslav. I would like to say a huge thank you to everyone. Special thanks to the girls who cleaned up the room every day. They changed the towel every day, and after a couple of days they changed the bed sheets underwear. I would especially like to mention Veronica, always smiling, friendly, and cleans perfectly. I want to say one thing, that if I have to come again, it will be to this hotel!!!!!!

The buffet food was also quite satisfactory, the food was delicious and there were pastries and desserts. There were also plenty of fish dishes. The only thing is that you need to arrive early before all the tables are occupied. If you are late, you have to wait until a seat becomes available. There are many procedures and the staff is good. The food leaves much to be desired, and not to say that this is a diet... of course, this is not Egypt, Turkey... you can eat, but it’s difficult to get pleasure. It feels like you saved a lot of money on this! A parking space costs 13 euros per day and you need to agree on it in advance, otherwise where to leave the car is a big question! You won’t find a single playground, nothing for children at all, you won’t even find a nanny paying an hourly wage...everything is really saved, European values) The procedures are prescribed for 8 am...you have to wake up at 7 and there is no other time. It’s not convenient to jump out to eat in Rouge in the rain or run to treatments in two different hotels, this is the first time such an experience... but you can get used to it! Service in hotels in Ukraine is at a higher level at a price that is 2 times cheaper.
