I vacationed in Karlovy Vary for the first time and chose Moskevsky Dvur because I really liked the doctor’s lecture on sanatoriums.com. The staff at Moskovsky Dvor are VERY attentive!!!!!They all get 5 stars!!!!!! Any request or wish they treat the guests very well! Doctor Shpishakova is super!!! Everyone at the reception was just great!!!! they cooked everything at home and it was incredibly tasty, and all the food was healthy. I lost 6 kg. The medical staff is super class!!!! kind, polite and patient! The springs are nearby, the rooms are very clean, spacious and cozy!! There are a lot of procedures and all the procedures I had were at a high level in terms of time and quality!! Everything is very well worked out in the organization after the procedures there is a lot of time for rest, walks, etc. The travel agency at the sanatorium is very good, they explained everything to me in detail and I was very pleased with my weekend trips! Everything is super in the Moscow Courtyard!!!! Thank you very much to all of them!!!! I will come there many more times!!!Negatives

This is my second time staying at this hotel. I really like everything here. The staff is good, the service, procedures, cuisine are all great. I would like the dinner time to be increased by at least half an hour. Thank you all very much. If I have the opportunity, I will definitely come here again.

The Moskovsky Dvor Hotel is not a sanatorium. There are minimal procedures here. This is a very good hotel for a holiday. There is a good doctor and an excellent massage therapist, very good cuisine and staff. Linen was changed almost every day and cleaned even on Sunday. The room had a robe, slippers and a safe. Large bathroom with two sinks and even a bidet. The hotel is located near the colonnade. We arrived at the hotel at 2 a.m., they checked us in without any problems and at 8 a.m. we went for breakfast and then straight to the doctor’s appointment. They didn't charge any extra money for early check-in.Negatives
We were there for 21 days from September 1st to September 22nd. We did 28 gas injections for 10 days, took baths, massages, inhalations. I just have a comparison. Last year we were in Marianske Lazne in a 3* hotel. They gave gas injections for 6 or 10 days. So last year, after Marianske Lazne, I didn’t walk, but flew. I had more strength than ever. My back hasn't hurt for almost a year. And now my husband walks bent over with a sore back and I’m no better. So I’m wondering, did the sister give us injections or just click the device? In general, we will not go there again for treatment.

Responsive staff, they go above and beyond in everything. I liked the organization of the treatment; it’s good that you don’t have to wait in line for procedures. But the main thing is not to be late, of course. Everything in the balneocenter is clean, new equipment. It's a pleasure to go through the procedures.

The hotel is simply wonderful for a family holiday. City center, nearby springs, you don’t have to go far (if you have been prescribed to drink water from the garden colonnade). The staff speaks Russian, the attitude is polite. There has never been a time when hotel staff did not help or ignored a request. Service is up to par.
