The hospital is very crowded, there is little equipment, three procedures are spread out from 7 am to 2 pm, so there is no opportunity to go anywhere. A bad "packed ration" if you're going away for the weekend. There is a sauna, but there is no opportunity to relax and drink tea afterwards.

Disgusting working conditions of the balneocenter: the premises look like *cages*, the medical staff works under time pressure, the center is really not suitable for serving such a number of patients. Which is absolutely not compatible with the rating of this sanatorium as 4 stars. The quality of food also leaves much to be desired: the menu is monotonous, the food is not tasty, with rare exceptions, the meager breakfast menu has never changed in two weeks

Internet is weak. Problems with Wi-Fi. We lived on the 5th floor. There was no connection in the room; we had to go out into the corridor. The sauna is provided free of charge only to those who came for 14 or more days (we stayed for 10 days).

I liked everything very much. There are no complaints about the hotel staff, rooms or kitchen. The medical staff at Balneo is friendly and welcoming. I am very pleased with the work of the chiropractor Igor. He solved my health problems that I could not solve for several years. For which I am grateful to him! I vacationed at the Sirius Hotel in Karlovy Vary last month. The hotel is not worthy of 4 stars / the price corresponds to this /, but thanks to the hotel staff, you forget about the shortcomings and it’s very offensive when someone offends the staff. I read the last review and I don’t agree. Why offend like that. Igor or Egor is a calm, serious and friendly man .If you don’t like something, you can solve everything on the spot and immediately with the administration. I am very pleased and recommend the Sirius Hotel to everyone.

The hotel is bad. It doesn’t meet the four stated stars. The holiday coincided with extreme heat. There is an air conditioner in the hall, but they don’t turn it on, it doesn’t work. Everything in the rooms is good. They are cleaning it up. the bed is changed every 4 days. towels - every day. But this is not a merit. This should be mandatory. The food is monotonous and tasteless. In such a small hotel the food could have been better. And the worst thing is the balneo department. Located in the basement. The compartments (precisely compartments) for procedures are separated by curtains. You need to walk through carefully, without catching the curtain. because in the next “compartment” someone is taking a bath. After the bath you need to pull out the plug. quickly dry yourself and run. There is no offer to rest and nowhere. Crowded and stuffy. There is no ventilation in the room where the dry carbon dioxide baths take place. which is generally contrary to sanitary standards. A Russian man (Igor) dispenses dry carbon dioxide baths and paraffin. lymphatic drainage, ultrasound and something else. Treats his duties reluctantly and lazily. Inattentive and unfriendly. I will not go to this hotel again and will not recommend it to my friends
