Was booked after discussing the advantages and disadvantages of the Slovan Hotel. Upon arrival, it turned out that the hotel was closed. Since this is a group of hotels, we checked into Krivan. The last floor under the roof, where almost only the sky was visible from the window... although, judging by the illuminated windows, the hotel was half empty. Unbearably hard mattress in the room, impossible to sleep! Salads or pieces of vegetables are served in 5 cm low molds, usually with vinegar or mayonnaise. For 5 days there was no fruit at all (breakfast, dinner), except for decoration on trays with slices. There were only cherries or plums from compotes or pureed puree, presumably from pears... The coffee in the teapots was terrible. Fruit tea for dinner. The menu selection is very uneven on different days. The standard chicken dish on the day of arrival resembled styrofoam in sauce.

1. There are no amenities for those staying at the Slovan Hotel and those undergoing treatment at the Krivan sanatorium. There is no wardrobe for outerwear and you have to go to procedures with outerwear, there is no opportunity to change into more comfortable clothes for procedures. If vouchers are sold where accommodation and treatment with meals in different hotels should be provided for, and not create inconvenience for people. 2. Procedures are scheduled very early at 6 o'clock, 6.15 am. In my extensive experience of treatment, such an early time has never happened. In order to have time to take water at the source, I got up at 5 am or did not have time to get to the source, since you need to drink water 45 minutes before meals, and then immediately have breakfast and the next procedure. 3. I didn’t like the massage, the specialist or the massage technique. Classes in the pool are all very formal. and a bit cold. I didn’t like the trip to Prague, I wrote to Irene personally, they drove me back 3.5 hours through Marianske Lazne, they just drove me away. I’m not happy with the fact that the program doesn’t correspond to the facts, there were 2 hours allocated for the journey, if I had known the route in advance, I wouldn’t have gone with you.

I don’t understand why tea, butter and honey can’t be left for lunch and dinner? I had to ask the waitresses for butter and herbal tea every time.. In the carafes of boiling water in the morning there were leaves from the tea leaves floating in the evening :( The doctor is incompetent in gastrology, this is what upset me the most. Cons: staff work. 1) Making an appointment with a doctor takes a long time. I saw a doctor only in the middle of the 2nd day of staying in the sanatorium, i.e. I lost 2 days of treatment. (I arrived at 8:30 am on Monday. I saw the doctor at 12 noon on Tuesday.) In response to persistent requests to see me on Monday, they answered that the doctors cannot work so much, everything is busy. (They put me in my room after 2 p.m., there was nothing to do, I specifically checked - at 2 p.m. all the doctors had already left). 2) Inability to adjust the schedule of procedures. The time, number, and types of procedures are assigned by the administrator without approval. Those. as she set it, so it will be. Let’s say after the injections you immediately take a bath. Or, for example, all procedures last 20 minutes, but the interval between them is 1 hour. And for these 40 minutes you sit as if tied, there is no way to move away. And so on for 3-4 hours. Or water aerobics at 7 am. Procedures are scheduled for the entire stay at once. Changing the schedule is a lot of nerves (even though it’s not a fact that they will change). 3) Obvious carelessness of the medical staff during the procedures (there is something to compare with in the same Karlovy Vary). The bathrooms are not drawn in front of you. Often the gas simply either “dissipated” by the time I arrived (at a clearly stated time), or they saved a lot. I was in a situation myself once, and witnessed situations where baths (carbon dioxide, mud) were at an inappropriate temperature. The staff did not respond to the request/comment/demand to correct the temperature. Further, the staff was always in a hurry. They didn't even hide it. Faster, faster, we need to go home. We are tired, we work for you, we are overworked: “Do you have an appointment at 2 pm tomorrow? Come early, otherwise I will wait for you, you are the last one. Some people may like this, but for me this is an important indicator of service and comfort. And here the question is not even whether I will adapt to it or not. The question is that they consider it normal and quite natural to voice this (and often in an orderly tone). Gas injections. The most important procedure in Vary. I’ll omit my feelings, in fact: I paid extra for them (the price depends on the number of injections per session). I paid for 24 injections (this is the minimum amount). On the printout, the administrator wrote down the number of injections. In fact, they made 15 pieces. To remark, they replied that I don’t need it anymore. I spent three days sorting things out with them and gave up. Water aerobics is an obvious hack. The lesson actually lasts 15 minutes. The level of exercise is “exercise in the middle group of kindergarten”, the rest of the time “you can swim”. But where can 15 people swim in that pool? We stayed at the Slovan Hotel with 2 children (0 and 6 years old). We were given a large apartment. Treatment and food were provided at the Krivan sanatorium. The main advantage of Slovan is that there are not as many people as in Krivani. Krivan benefits only in the fact that people in gowns can go down to the procedure. But for us this was not critical. The food is good, especially breakfast. Treatment. We had 36 procedures over 12 days. Of course, some of them were not quite necessary for me. But we will keep this in mind on our next visit and adjust the types of procedures. The location of the hotel is very good - close to the springs. Although there in the center everything is close to them.

Terrible food in the Kiivan canteen. Not tasty and you can see savings in food in everything. In August, not a single piece of fruit. They brought out 5 slices of watermelon and that’s it for all my 11 days of food. On one of the days they served some chicken parts, which were all in feathers, and for dinner they were served already breaded. All the food creates some kind of disgusted attitude, you think what’s going on in their kitchen.

I was in the sanatorium from 27.03 to 6.04.2018, I thought for a long time whether to write a review or not.... I decided.... I booked the Slovan hotel for a double room for one person... I was accommodated... in san Krivan in single room in the 3rd building on the 5th floor with a “humpbacked ceiling” and 40 by 40 cm windows. When I tried to change the room, I listened to a lecture on morality at the reception, but in the end they changed the room. Single room with a large balcony on the 2nd floor in the same famous 3rd building....in general, when booking through this site, you can only be accommodated in the 3rd building...it is the farthest with many steps. The staff are mostly smiling, but it’s all a picture...at the time of my stay, it was my birthday, no one even hinted at it..no one noticed, the only exception was the doctor, and that was by accident....I took 2 meals a day, changed dinners to I liked the dinners much more..the room cleaning is good..the towels are changed every other day. When you check in, there was a robe of an incredibly huge size; when you asked, they changed it right away. The location of the sanatorium is a very big plus. If they do a good deed, they overpower them, then you have to do it to the end.. I was booked Double room...and they also told me in a rude mannerNegatives
