The only negative is the coffee (it was written so on the tub) at breakfast. This is simply terrible, however, this deficiency is almost universal in other hotels, where coffee machines are not installed, but there are these tubs, echoes of the last century.

We vacationed in February 2018. Everything was great. I was especially pleased that there was no sweets for dinner, and also that it ended at 18.30. It can rightfully be considered that this is not a hotel, but a sanatorium. The food was home cooked. The location is great, right next to the snake spring. The rooms are good, the beds are luxurious. All the procedures that were needed were prescribed.Negatives

We were very pleased with our stay at the Lauretta Spa Hotel. The hotel is located close to the springs in the center of Karlovy Vary. The room is cozy with a balcony and a view of Sadovaya Street. Many thanks to the entire hotel team for helping us relax our body and soul.

Nutrition. Breakfast is European. Lunch and dinner are meager and monotonous. 4 types of vegetables, three types of side dishes, everything that was at lunch is waiting for you for dinner.... Complete absence of fruit. I do not recommend this hotel. For this amount, you can choose and actually receive sanatorium treatment in another place.

The hotel is old, everything is old: furniture, appliances, renovations, it seems, were there, but they are no longer noticeable... If the breakfasts are still somehow suitable for a dietary table (and we, after all, mean that people come to treat their gastrointestinal tract) , then it’s just a disaster with lunches/dinners... Terrible deep-frying, uncooked spinach, a lot of raw cabbage, carrots... The tea on the table is the cheapest of all cheap... In general, it’s clear that the premises do not belong to the hotel employees, it they rent and apparently pay a hefty rent to the owners, who, in turn, do not want to renovate the premises. Lymphatic drainage does not work, underwater massage is just a bath, with a variety of water supplies from different nozzles. They simply stand in a general queue for gas injections, and do not come at the appointed time... We do not recommend this hotel for treatment, even despite its low cost

We spent a wonderful 2 weeks at the Villa Lauretta sanatorium. Excellent food, thank you very much to the cook, everything is very tasty. Excellent accommodation. Very friendly staff. Excellent medical facilities, new equipment. We were very pleased with everything. Homey cozy atmosphere. We will definitely come back here again and recommend it to our friends and acquaintances.

Old renovated hotel. There are supporting nets on the balcony so that the plaster does not fall on your head, but it still falls. The room was very poorly cleaned upon arrival. We settled into a single room with one bed. I booked and paid for a larger room with two beds, since I arrived with my adult son. The food is mediocre, but you can eat it. After half an hour, all the salads are finished, although the duration, for example, of lunch is 2.5 hours. There were many more comments, but this was more about the organization of work, and not about our relaxation.

My husband and I spent a wonderful week (from May 15 to 22) at Villa Lauretta. We booked half board with a range of procedures. It’s very good that you can choose either lunch or dinner the next day if you wish. High-quality food, quite varied, which is not entirely typical for the Czech Republic. I ordered fish as a main course three times - it was cooked simply wonderful, especially the salmon with spinach. The double room was on the 3rd floor, spacious, with a large balcony and a wonderful view. For those who have difficulty climbing, it is better to ask for a room on the 1st or 2nd floor, as the elevator can only accommodate 2 people. Very pleasant and attentive hotel owners and all the staff. Good price-quality ratio.Negatives

The food is homemade, there is enough variety and the portions are good, but it felt like it wasn’t always equally tasty. It was definitely more than one chef, because I also really love and know how to cook. I know that a young boy cooked for several days, just like a top-class chef, and the dinner was very beautifully decorated. Thank you.
