Very good hotel, located very close to the beach. Very tasty food. Rooms are big enough. The treatments, e.g. B. You have to buy a massage, and ultrasound for one hand counts as one treatment, for the other hand it counts as a second treatment. Live music in the evening, children's room, evening entertainment... But overall everything was wonderful.

Rooms were never cleaned. Only the trash bag was changed. We always had to point out that towels should be changed. In the dining room you often had to wait until tables were cleared and set up again. The time for the massage was shortened (only 12 minutes instead of 15), although this had to be paid for extra. The floor there too had not been cleaned in 12 days. Paid parking, but parking on the curb. The staff at reception didn't understand much German and any information they obtained was often unsuccessful. Too loud for a spa hotel as there are many families with small children. Small children are alone at the buffet and therefore sometimes smear things at the buffet. Very loud as there is a large construction site nearby. Sleeping with the window open was not possible. Overall not recommended. Wouldn't book it again either.

Room urgently needs renovation. I didn't want to take negative pictures, but the broken lamp and tiles in the shower don't fit a 5 star hotel. After the renovation everything will look much better.

We were very satisfied with our 3 week spa stay. Our room was very spacious, with a spacious seating area and the balcony was equipped with 2 folding chairs and a porch that could be taken to the beach. There was also a clothes horse on the balcony, which proved to be very helpful. The treatment process was well planned and coordinated. We were also very satisfied with the food. There was a kettle in the room and the housekeepers provided us with water. If you had any questions, you were always helped in a friendly manner. For us the treatment was a complete successNegatives
The rooms are a bit noisy, which didn't really bother us personally.

Dining room very noisy - no wider passageways. Staff seems very stressed. Reception staff are only moderately friendly. You shouldn't book a TRANSFER!!!!! (Outward journey 11 hours from Hamburg via Dresden to Kolberg - return journey 13 hours from Kolberg via Berlin to Dresden, back to and through Berlin, on to Hamburg): the poor guests and especially drivers!!!!!!

The only drawback was that there was construction going on next door. The construction work started at 6:45 a.m. and finished at 8:00 p.m. Even with the windows closed, the noise from the trucks couldn't be ignored, which was a shame

The sanatorium was recommended to me from Sanatorium.com. Special thanks to Anastasia. I rested in the sanatorium from May 21 to May 27, 2023. I liked everything, the location of the hotel, the restaurant, the work of the staff, everything was very tasty, the tables were cleared, the dishes were taken away. The pool and saunas were always clean. In the evenings there was always something: live music. The fitness room is not large, but cozy. A bit far from the center, but overall a good hotel.

Staff very unfriendly. We only had two nice therapists who really liked their work and unfortunately everyone else just kept watching the clock so that they didn't get treated for a second longer. Unfortunately, we can't say good things about the ladies who "cleaned" the rooms. Our rooms were vacuumed once in 3 weeks and only because I said so. Although officially it means cleaning 3 times a week. A pity! Things like this can be eliminated very quickly to improve hotel ratings.

A construction site was set up right next to the hotel - pool side. A hotel is to be inserted here. Construction noise is therefore to be expected. We noticed that the rooms are very noisy and you can hear almost every word your neighbor says. Unfortunately, you cannot lock or lock the room doors either. You always have to expect a quick knock early on and the door being opened by room service:
