Parking costs between €8 and €16 per day are too high in my opinion and there are no free parking spaces at all. Food doesn't correspond to a 4 star hotel, it's more like a cafeteria.

Excellent hotel not far from the sea. The rooms are quite spacious, we had a stunning view from the window of the pool and the sea. The rooms have a refrigerator and a kettle, which is very convenient. Excellent pool and saunas, I liked that you could come at any time, there were no restrictions on staying in the pool complex. The food is good, I really liked the variety of dishes and the children's buffet. The treatment was ok, the staff was always friendly.Negatives
Unfortunately, the hotel is located a little far from the resort center with boutiques and entertainment. There is practically nothing near the hotel. The children were bored just walking by the sea, and it was far from entertainment on foot. You had to buy delicious coffee; you couldn’t drink coffee from the machine for breakfast. He's disgusting. This was the only negative related to nutrition.

Massage is not included in the treatment package only for an additional fee, bathrobes are also for a fee for a four-star hotel, this is somehow not very clear, there was no safe in the room either, only again for an additional fee. The procedures take place in the basement where renovations are being done and there is a draft.

Price performance was surprisingly good. Rooms and bathrooms were excellent, clean and always had fresh towels every day. Applications were also good and well organized. No waiting times! Food was okay too. The only negative point was the coffee machine. There was always a conversation in the evenings, so we were very surprised. So conclusion, we'll be back!Negatives

Great, friendly and helpful nurse who provided further medical care for my renal colic. The cleaning lady was very friendly. The food was great and left nothing to be desired. We were very satisfied and felt completely comfortable and in good hands. Highly recommended!

Price/performance is right, it's good! Apart from the criticisms, Ikar-Plaza is highly recommended in my opinion! If I remember at 75, only 3 other holiday stays come close to Ikar-Plaza: 2019 in Abano-Thermen (Italy), Hotel President 1972 Sicily (holiday resort of the Italian union), 1978 Provence (France), Nackedei-anlage. The music events on the 1st floor are very good! Could be more common! The bottle of wine costs PLN 80, compared to "Max" in Mörskie at PLN 150Negatives
There is no emergency call in the room near the bed! The dining room on the ground floor can become a living hell if there are too many people in it! I had imagined the medical/medical services to be better. When booking half board you should be able to decide whether lunch or evening. The edges of the stairs in the pool (outside) should have clear colored edge markings. The solo music in the lobby is acoustically far too loud. The smell of cigarettes in the lobby comes from outside. The smokers are right at the door when it rains. It's a shame that the night club is "dead pants" -

The sanatorium was recommended to me from sanatorium.com. I rested in the sanatorium from 07.11 to 27.11.2021. I really liked it, the excellent location of the hotel, the staff is very friendly, a very good chef of the restaurant, the work of the staff in the restaurant resembled a beehive, the work was very well organized, everything was very tasty, the tables were cleared, the dishes were taken away... There was always food in the pool and saunas purely. There was always something going on in the evenings: live music, dancing... The fitness room is not big, but cozy. We don’t have our own doctors, but if something happens, it’s medical help. the sister will find the right doctor, order a taxi, very good attitude. Next time I will take into account all the shortcomings and will definitely go again. Some people from Germany come there for the 14th time, going there several times a year.Negatives
I lived in room 345, the room was wonderful, free, but no one had ever cleaned the cobwebs there and spiders were the main inhabitants there. No one wipes the doors either, all the doors are stained. It is impossible to open the window, because on one side there is a road, and on the other there are air conditioning units - it is noisy. Water gymnastics is good, a wonderful trainer - a deaf and dumb person will understand, but the exercises are more for the gym. I would advise you not to spend time on water gymnastics procedures, you can just swim and go to the fitness room. Massage is a waste of money, sometimes even the allotted 15 minutes are done in only 10 minutes. I don’t even want to talk about the quality of the massage, I bought one to try and that was enough. If you want to buy baths, you need to get permission from a doctor - that’s right, but the doctor won’t even ask about your illnesses, because not everyone can take baths. Doctors are not very interested in your diseases, and this is understandable - there are a lot of people. And yet, no one said that you can get free bus tickets from the girls at the reception. Until we found out, we rented money for a taxi.

good hotel Ikar Plaza, large rooms, I had a room with a sea view. great food!!! sauna and pool until 10 pm, used every day, sometimes twice a day. I perceived the treatment only as a bonus to inexpensive accommodation in the winter. You really need to be treated in other, real sanatoriums - Crimea, Germany, Lithuania - from what I know. for the minimal money that I paid, I did not expect real physical therapy. It’s quite possible to come and relax for 5-7 days; for longer it will probably be boring.Negatives
a bit far from the city, from the center. It is best to go there, to the center, by bus. tickets are given free of charge at the reception, BUT no one told me about this! I found out by chance after three days of staying from hotel guests. other vacationers knew about this from representatives of their travel agencies. They didn’t consider it necessary to tell me about this.

The hotel is located very close to the coast, the inside of the hotel looks very good, modern design, the room to stay is also very good and comfortable. Where should I start. The staff is very unfriendly. When we arrived there was no information about anything. You had to look for your room yourself, and so did everything else! Not a sensible organization at all. You could come to the applications whenever you wanted. The dining room is far too small for such a crowd. You often had to stand and wait for a long time until a table became available, which was easier for us young people than for the poor older people. Who really had to wait a long time. The staff didn't care at all about the old people, they were always unfriendly and you didn't even hear a good morning. In the opposite direction, young people were partying loudly at night, but after reporting to reception there was no response. It wasn't until almost 3/4 of the way through our stay that we were told after requesting that we were entitled to 2 tickets per person per day. So on the whole the hotel would have to pay more attention to friendliness and organization, then the hotel would be worth a 5*. It's a shame but I think Poland won't see me again.

in general, the most ordinary hotel, a distinctive feature is the large number of elderly people, which during meals leads to a crowded dining room, since many have difficulty walking and serving themselves, and also remain sitting longer during meals, which leads to queues out the door. Regarding food, ordinary food, no frills (rare delights are not enough for everyone), confectionery is completely absent, fruits are mainly apples, since there were pears, grapes and pineapple were removed from the decoration of the dishes. Cleaning the rooms is not even cleaning, but replenishing (not every day) water and toilet paper, taking out the trash. The location of the hotel is not suitable for the autumn winds, the wind howls outside the windows, and the lack of a forest belt affects it. The treatment is primitive, as everywhere else. There were four of us - we all had the same opinion - we won’t go again and we don’t recommend it to others

We stayed 8 days in June 2021. The rooms were not cleaned once. Just changed the towels and took out the trash. There was no fruit at mealtime (only apples twice). Otherwise there were just a few grapes as decoration over the fish and meat. There was no cake either. We had to pay extra for cake at the bar. You get a heat treatment - only fango but no massage. For massage you have to pay extra and go to the other building. So either just mud without massage or just massage without mud.
