The hotel does not deserve the 4 star category. The mattresses are very hard. There are no bath amenities in the bathroom. Only 2 small pieces of soap. Only one towel per person. There is no safe in the room. Bathrobe and slippers for a fee. Room cleaning is superficial.

The hotel and rooms are clean, cleaning upon request, towels were changed when needed. The food is wonderful, a variety of cheeses and sausages, at least 4-5 hot dishes, small quantities of sweets (which is very good, this is a sanatorium after all 😊). By the way, there is also a bar in the Hall, there is a variety of cakes. The doctor is very positive, we had acupuncture from him, he explains everything very well. The staff during the procedures are very attentive, friendly, if you want to replace one procedure with another, they recommend what is better - I also really liked it. The girls at the reception are all friendly, answer all questions, and always remain in a good mood. We will come to this hotel again in November.

Staff very friendly and well organized, treatment appointments are nicely spaced out so that there is no great time pressure. After the closet doors fell out when we pushed them open in the first room, we were immediately given a new room. Everything perfect. If I book a three star hotel I can't expect five stars superior, that's just not feasible given the price.Negatives
When we booked, we read that diet and allergy food was also offered, so I asked the tour operator whether there was also gluten-free food. The answer only came on the second day of our stay, and we already knew this from the hotel. But we were able to get everything in Kolberg so that my wife could eat normally.

We were there for 2 weeks at the end of October. We liked. We were lucky with the weather. For those who want to relax their souls, this is just what the doctor ordered. The air is just great. The food is very tasty and varied. Only soup, 3 types every day, not to mention hot. Meat, fish, etc. I wouldn’t say the treatment is very good, but it’s not bad. The staff of the medical department is "dry", mostly young guys work there. Although I would like to mention one man, Pavel, a professional massage therapist. We'll be happy to go again.Negatives
Not all procedures give you what is described on the site. Such as lymphatic drainage and shock wave therapy only at an additional cost. And parking is very expensive: 5€ per day.

You have to buy drinking water yourself. Classic massages are pointless as they only last 10 minutes. No MEDICAL baths are used. Little space between treatment cabins, which are divided with fabric curtains. Visitors bump into each other when changing.
