The work is done by young “specialists” who know how to press the on button. and off without even looking at the patient through the screen. Treatment methods are outdated and worthless. This is not a sanatorium!

WiFi didn't work for almost the entire stay. Doctor consultation (1 minute!!!!) was a joke! Treatments are far too unspecific and far too short (10 (!) minutes massage!). That's why you can't speak of a KUR stay!

I am very pleased with my stay at the sanatorium, no comments. Excellent work by the medical staff and the SPA salon, qualified, friendly, punctual, young guys. Delicious, varied food (very large selection of dishes!) of Polish cuisine is suitable for all guests. Cleanliness and comfort provide excellent rest.

No free bathrobes for full board. No room Save Rooms very carelessly furnished. No free snacks and coffee only for breakfast with full board, otherwise everything is chargeable. If you arrive at 2 p.m., you can only eat in the evening, although lunch is open until 2:30 p.m

The Standard room is very small, the carpeting stinks of dog, there are no special rooms for people with dogs, if you don’t have a dog and you get such a room, it’s a disaster, it’s impossible to sleep!!! The staff does not care about you at all, it is clear that they are not motivated at all, unfortunately... The hotel clearly lacks a good manager! Construction is in full swing, so you need to keep this fact in mind before going there. The hotel absolutely does not correspond to the declared four stars! There is no liquid soap even in the lobby toilets! In the rooms these days, it’s even funny not to find shower products, a small piece of soap, that’s all they were honored with... The savings on everything are felt immediately. We will not come to this hotel again.

Very nice room, with a nice view. Everything was nice and clean too. Very good that you could use the sauna and swimming pool at any time. The staff was friendly, helpful. The food was very good, lots of choice, fresh and tasty. The applications was also good. I would have liked a little more massages, had to pay extra. Otherwise I liked everything.

The kitchen staff was very nice, the only thing that bothered us was that the empty dishes were being cleared away again and again during the meal. You can put table trash cans on the table and a cart for the empty plates and people clear them away themselves. Otherwise the food was good. The room was fine. Nice and large balcony with 2 camping chairs. I find it very bad that the power sockets in every room were torn out!!!! If the hotel offers stays with children, then you should offer it safely!!!! The shower was also getting old. With mold spots. The carpeting is very old. Sage wasn't there either. Although the hotel has 4 stars, you can only give it 3 stars.

We didn't like the food (except the soups). The same thing every day, the salads were no longer fresh. In the evening there was something warmed up from lunch. Good thing it was only 6 days. The sauna was under repair and was only opened 2 days before departure. We don't go here anymore.

No queries about vaccination status, no special hygiene rules; That's why I caught Corona there and had to cancel my stay at the spa after just 9 days, which was planned for 3 weeks. So far no response to my request for reimbursement of travel costs.

We had a very nice time at Akces Medical. The staff during the treatments were very friendly and helpful. Even the applications were very good. There is nothing to complain about at all. The kitchen was also very nice. A very large selection of dishes and varied. Everything was great, highly recommended 👍🙂

Unfortunately no cleaning staff was seen in 14 days. Parking spaces for paying guests at 5 euros a day are a complete rip-off, and they're only 180 wide. Treatments are ok so far but far too short 10 minutes!!! So in conclusion don't book this hotel anymore and it is not suitable for disabled people.

Mouth and nose protection is a foreign word in this hotel. Food very poor after a quarter of an hour after the restaurant opened, many of the dishes were gone. The restaurant looks like a factory canteen, no flowers or doilies on the table. The cafeteria in the building is a catastrophe, unfriendly and you are thrown out when the lights are turned off. Aufgrund der Pandemie dürfen keine Tischdecken auf den Tischen liegen. Tische sollten desinfiziert werden. Büffet ist regelmässig aufgefühllt. Es tut uns Leid. Schade, dass die Gäste uns nicht vor Ort kontaktieren. Mit Mitarbeiter werden wir Intern natürlich auch Gespräche durchführen. Wir würden uns freuen, Sie wieder in unserem Hotel begrüßen zu dürfen!
