It would be nice to hear at the beginning how things are located where. For example, I didn't find out until the end where and how I could have had lunch. From the second day onwards I actually found it quite good because at least I didn't gain weight. But in principle. E.g. * A lot of what is on the website could be printed out in German. I think that would explain a lot. * How do I get into the city (info: that you have to buy the bus tickets in advance, for example)? * Which destinations in the area would be suitable for a trip. * How does the bike rental work... on which days... How expensive...

Very large selection of tasty food in buffet form. I was particularly impressed by the cleanliness of the beaches. A great promenade invites you to take a walk or ride a bike. The facilities are generally very good and modern. The fitness room, for example, only has new equipment. A swimming pool and table tennis hall round off the offer. The treatments are professional and punctual, although they are carried out in large numbers and with low intensity. Massages are recommended but are more wellness than medical, but there are also a number of 5-minute treatments.Negatives
Great food and very clean beaches collide with a hotel system that is 100% geared towards commercialism. Very un-European, notices are only available in Polish. The relatively large number of German holidaymakers/spa guests is deliberately ignored, often by the staff. But there are positive exceptions. Overall, one can only hope that the change in policy will soon reach the minds of the population. The hotel is extremely full on public holidays. Personally, I found the mass tourism in the Arka a bit exhausting. Real relaxation is actually achieved in other ways.

Extensive offer: bicycle, swimming, sauna, supervised fitness room, table tennis, salt cave, medical treatments and a large wellness spa offer. Great location by the sea and beach and forest. Rich food at all meals.Negatives
Extra fees for parking surprised us. The spa area still has potential for improvement in terms of appearance and musical accompaniment. All professionally carried out except for one, where I was left alone in a too much warm water treatment for me, from which I emerged semi-conscious. At breakfast we sometimes would have liked a little more fruit, but given the low price you can't ask for too much.

We went here for the second time. I definitely like it. Polite, responsive staff. Delicious, varied food. Good treatment. Free access to the pool and saunas. Clean. Live music every day. One problem - it’s very difficult to buy a tour to this spa hotel. Everything is always busy 😁😍.

Excellent location of the hotel right next to the sea and forest at the end of the Promenade. Every day there is a cultural program: musical performances during the day in the Panorama Bar on the street, discos with beautiful music for everyone in the Lounge Bar until midnight, a gym, swimming pool and sauna open until 22.00. Everything worked for so long that we were on time everywhere! The food is excellent, mostly Polish cuisine! The man in room 8 gives an excellent massage!Negatives
The hotel has 3 separate buildings that are connected to each other, and accordingly a large number of vacationers (more than a thousand people), which is a big burden for the staff, both the treatment department and two restaurants, which are more like a canteen. Therefore, the staff is not tactful enough. The masseuse from room 9, instead of the lower back massage prescribed by the doctor, gave me a general back massage all the time! Sleeping pillows are uncomfortable and of poor quality.

The holiday was a great success!!! There is not a single comment. Thank you all so much for your well-coordinated work. I am 56 years old and have a knee problem. My husband and I visited for the first time. Recommended by a work colleague. They have been coming here for five years in a row, once a year. They are always satisfied and do not want to change the hotel. We were also pleased. We were very pleased with the free use of the pool and sauna. Everywhere was clean. The staff was helpful. The food was varied. A huge selection for every taste. Every day 2 hours of live music (guitar, violin, saxophone), disco in the evening. I really liked the background music in the hotel. Just a delight for the ears and soul! Quiet, unobtrusive jazz. Beautiful area, public garden. We had a good rest. Complete relaxation. And a huge plus for us is that you can bring a dog. I recommend it. We plan to come again.Negatives
One tiny minus. A cup of coffee was missing at lunchtime. I had to buy ground coffee and brew it in the room (there is a kettle and cups in the room).

Very nice hotel, very tasty and varied food, the rooms were always tidied after the sign was posted, a wide range of both treatments and children's activities (playroom, playstation, table tennis, tennis, pool, playground). So we were thrown out of bed at 5 a.m. and had to be ready to leave within a few minutes. We had simply been forgotten the day before. That was impossible., Poor organization of the transfer service.

The location of the hotel and the food there were very good. It's a shame that construction work was currently taking place on the beach promenade. I would particularly like to highlight the kitchen staff, who worked very diligently and always added more food straight away. Unfortunately, the Corona precautionary measures in the dining room were not always the best, as the place setting mats were almost never replaced after use by a guest.Negatives
The cleaning system must be assessed as very negative. Clean the room once a week upon express request. This does not correspond to a 4 star hotel. The staff, with almost all medical treatments, was very impersonal. I always had the feeling that the staff blamed the guests for having to work. Unfriendly, speechless and when you asked, “I don’t speak German.” Even the doctor dismissed you as a “mass question.” When I asked him to write me a prescription for a medication I had forgotten, I was told: "I don't have time for that, contact your family doctor." Only when he noticed my indignation did he fill out the prescription. Impersonal mass processing, I wouldn't go there again

- As many have already reported, the people there seem to be cold and it wasn't just in the hotel that we experienced this as a family with strollers. - far away from the inner city or the actual beach promenade - booked full board. Breakfast and dinner OK, but there is still room for improvement in terms of taste. Lunch very unsatisfactory. Save the 15€, for 15€ including a drink you can get much better food directly from the promenade bar. - We booked for 1 week, after 4 days we asked for 2 rooms to be cleaned, which is normal for families with children. Shortly before we wanted to go for breakfast, the cleaning lady stood in front of the door and shouted something at us in Polish. We should probably put the sign out. However, if you don't explicitly ask for it at reception, they won't do it. And since the incident, we haven't even looked at each other anymore. What was awesome was that the room was ready in less than 10 minutes. Superficially cleaned and bed linen was not changed!! You probably have to mention it at reception too. We booked 2 rooms with a sea view, we got 2 rooms with a side sea view, you basically have to stand in the very corner of the balcony and lean over the balcony to see anything of the sea. In this case, the sanatorium is to blame, not the hotel. In the constant teaching of the scriptures, the blame is always placed on me. I would have booked a room with a sea view but didn't specify this in the booking notification. I ask myself why do I pay more for a service? Isn't it a given that I get this service without any ifs and buts? Unfortunately, due to the incident, we were not able to recover properly. At the end we were all just exhausted from it all.

It's sad that German was barely understood at the reception even though the hotel has been there for many years. A German-speaking contact is only available once a week for half an hour. There is no information in German in the room. Free WiFi was offered. No information on how to log in. We only found out in the second week after we found out that there was only a contact person in the hotel on Mondays. Tables should be reserved for disabled people so as not to hinder other guests. The carpet on our floor was very dirty. Covered with spots. The seating in the room was stained and worn. Drain in the shower needs to be overhauled. The socket for the iron was hanging loosely on the wall. We had mentioned it. It was not attached. This is not an award for a 4 star hotel. A 3 star hotel is sometimes better. Every weekend there is a festival nearby with very loud music until the very early hours of the morning. There is no need to think about reducing the volume after a certain time.
