The location of the sanatorium is one of the advantages; it is 3 km from the center, on the first line from the sea. Our room had a sea view, and this is another big plus for a good mood. The promenade is long, you can walk and ride a bike; there are special paths for this. We walked along the beach when the weather allowed, it is endless, a sea of impressions and of course photos and videos. The sanatorium has really tasty and varied food, we took 3 meals a day, it turned out to be a lot, so I don’t recommend it, it’s better to have breakfast + lunch or breakfast + dinner. The food is far from dietary, everything is very filling and tasty, you want to try everything, there is a high probability of bringing a couple of extra pounds. We liked the salt water pool and swam once.

I heard in an aggressive form from a spa employee who worked on 14.10 that if we are going to Poland we must speak Polish, when I said that we booked the sauna for 2 hours, but they made a mistake and booked only for an hour, I hope that the management the hotel has a different opinion and will work with the employee, explaining to her that the sanatorium is a tourist place where people from other countries go, and 4 stars means that the staff speaks other languages. We spoke German. The attitude is as if we had arrived at her home. Instead of resolving the issue peacefully and amicably, offering another time or another day, apologizing for the misunderstanding, they simply yelled at us! We also did not do the procedures that the doctor prescribed, for the same reason - the staff! I came for a massage - “rails, rails, sleepers, sleepers” compared to a massage in a sanatorium in Karlovy Vary, heaven and earth! I asked another massage therapist and both the massage therapist and the administrator attacked me saying that they were all busy, they had too many people and what did I want for that kind of money?? As I understand it, the employees are not paid much, and then they express this to the guests! This puzzled me; quality is not provided here, and guests must understand this themselves! Also, a large number of people, not guests of the sanatorium, are brought by bus to the pool and for procedures. The number of people is huge, one can understand that the staff is tired of such a huge number of people - a conveyor belt, and that’s all. There is also no electronic system for rewarding staff, only cash, which is very inconvenient, payment everywhere by card or bracelet (to the number) in the end, even if you want to leave a tip, run around and change the money, go everywhere with cash, translated according to the exchange rate, in general not comfortable. What can I say, I will not return to this sanatorium again and will not recommend it, only because of the unfriendly staff. Still, service is important, you can turn a blind eye to many things, but not to rudeness. It’s sad that local employees are not so hospitable, “personnel decide everything” - I once again found confirmation of this.
