Nabokov resort is very clean, personal is very nice and helpful. The only addition me and my group of people would like to have is face and body procedures, unfortunately there are no procedures for face and body.

Thank you for the rest and treatment. I liked Marianske Lazne. I always book my trip to a sanatorium in the Czech Republic on the portal sanatoriums.com. A logical, well-ordered website with good quality videos. You can familiarize yourself with the selected sanatorium in advance. I recommended this site to my friends. P.S. Our life has changed a lot over the past two years and this is not our or your fault. Please check the information about the availability of Russian-language channels in hotels. In the Czech Republic, as well as in Germany, Russian TV is turned off, but I didn’t see a warning on your website, and the videos say that it is there. I took my mother to a sanatorium; she doesn’t know languages and therefore she was bored without Russian-language TV. If there had been a warning, I would have taken the tablet with me. Thanks for understanding.

Bad service, breakfast was from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m., at 8:20 a.m. all the plates were cleared and only when the waiter asked did he bring a few slices of sausage and cheese. The same with the cake after lunch and evening. In the afternoon only instant coffee. Coffee machine could only be used in the morning, but had to be refilled with water after 4 cups. Lunch and dinner very monotonous. The initial examination was just a short conversation in the room next door to the reception, where an employee who was supposed to be a doctor gave us the plan for the treatments. No questions asked about complaints. Room unclean, there were at least 20 dead flies between the windows. As I sat down on the sofa a beetle came crawling up. The sink in the bathroom was completely cracked and the shower walls were completely blinded by the limescale residue from the shower water, just disgusting. The applications were fine. We ended our stay early. Hotel is not recommended.

The town of Mariánské Lázně is small enough to get everywhere on foot, but large enough to offer good infrastructure. Therefore, for us, Marienbad is preferable to the larger Karlovy Vary in this region.
