I can only compare it with Karlovy Vary. Both resorts have the same treatment profile. In Marianske Lazne there is not the same hustle and bustle as in Karlovy Vary. There is more parkland inside the city. In Karlovy Vary there is practically none. Otherwise the resorts are similar.
