I was at the Olympia Hotel twice...I was satisfied with everything...except for the massage that I received from you both times...I want to express my dissatisfaction with your massagers...the girls are mainly from Ukraine and they have no concepts in massage...except for stroking the sides and buttocks, I received nothing...requested to check and massage the areas of the spine. They told me that they are forbidden to massage the spine... I understand that it is cheaper to hire massage therapists from Ukraine... but please invite professionals and not girls from the street.

As far as the food is concerned - you have a choice, but for 4 stars - you expect more. There is no room where you could sit down to play games. There is actually plenty of space down in the lobby, but you feel obliged to order something at the bar.

The hotel is clean, the rooms are quite spacious. All procedures are on the same floor and on time without delay. Breakfast and dinner are varied and delicious. Thanks to masseuse Anya and Daniela from the office!Negatives
The doctor prescribes the procedures in accordance with your purchased package in a couple of minutes... you can buy an additional massage, but it’s not always possible to prescribe in advance and they ask you to come the same day or today for tomorrow (and it’s not a fact that there will be time. If so, then only after lunch) . The massage itself does not take 50 minutes as written in the price list, but 40-42 minutes.. (5 minutes at the end for relaxation) massage therapists are not always professional. Of all the massage therapists (they did it 4 times with different ones), the most pleasant and professional is Anya, thank you very much! Lymphatic drainage on the device is very weak... there is no bath with underwater massage. The pool is very small. The attitude of the staff was not friendly. There is not a pleasant bartender working at the bar.. There is a “cold” reception and departure at the reception..

Very nice staff!!!! The hotel is barrier-free and suitable for wheelchair and walker mobile people. Park and healing springs close. Food very good. Restaurant, lobby bar, reception staff very very very nice. Healing procedures very good. Free sauna and swimming pool. We'll definitely be back. I would like to note that the cleaning of the room was not carried out properly...they cleaned mostly superficially, they removed the accumulated garbage in the trash cans...the dust was not wiped off with wet cleaning at all...a lot of dust accumulated in a week, you could write on it with your finger... and didn't vacuum the floor well...

The doctor examination was just more than formal. He dedicated just 10 min for two of us (my husband and me). We can’t even call it “examination”. We hope that those treatments we got would help. The food was average although I valued it as good. A lot of pork, a little chicken. But fish was in most cases very good. No diet dishes. We think that we will not chose this hotel any more although we consider visiting Marianskie Lazny again. We liked the town.
