During our stay it was very hot, the room on the third floor does not have air conditioning, it was very stuffy! The only negative is that maybe the management will install a cooling system, since last year it was just as hot and the rooms were very stuffy!!!

The food is not very varied for a hotel of this level. Monotonous breakfasts, small variety at dinners, and at dinner there is not even regular water in carafes, you need to buy bottled water like other drinks. Linen is changed only once in 12 days. this is very small, towels are changed only upon request, the service is average.

The downside is that there was no tea for dinner, just organize boiling water and tea bags! We think I'm not the only one complaining about this! During our stay it was hot and stuffy! There is no trace of air conditioning, although the spa center has air conditioning!!!!

When comparing two four-star hotels Olympia Marianske Lazne and Richmond Karlovy Vary, Richmond wins by far. Both in terms of price and food. By the way, in Olympia there was no bath, only a shower

I would like to have a “tea table” in the room, as is done in many resorts. Just an electric kettle and several types of tea. Diversify the lunch menu and make them less spicy.. There was pork and vegetables every day. You could add beef, poultry, lamb. There is no medical worker on duty 24/7; there is no one to even measure your blood pressure. After all, this is a medical institution and the clients are elderly.

The sanatorium is mainly aimed at German guests, as an example, a visit to the bathhouse (without swimming trunks). There is no full changing room in front of the pool, one chair, one shower stall and that’s it, sometimes you stand in line for the shower. The doctor plays the role of a manager, the first conversation was limited to measuring blood pressure and prescribing procedures, 2 minutes for two.

The sanatorium fully met our expectations. Excellent price/quality ratio. The sanatorium creates a homely atmosphere for relaxation and treatment. The treatment process is excellent. I liked the hotel, it’s compact and conveniently located, but for people with problems, it’s necessary to take into account the low elevation on which it is located. Clear work of the staff, well-coordinated work of the SPA. I liked the professional masseuse Michaela (special thanks to her). The problem was with the Dove shower detergent that caused allergies on the body and face (next time we’ll take our own).

Problems began at the Olympia Hotel after four days of stay. The staff postponed the time of the procedures three times without coordinating with the vacationers (with us too). A new schedule of procedures was quietly slipped under the door. In addition, without notice or agreement with the time of reception of the procedures, the lunch time was postponed. Planning free personal time is problematic and unpredictable. The impression was that all this was done to the detriment of vacationers and in the interests of service personnel. Four star hotel. Excellent location of the hotel, 5 minutes walk from the colonnade and springs. Very tasty and varied food (in the morning there is even oatmeal or rice milk porridge), the buffet for dinner is replete with a variety of vegetable and meat dishes (pork, beef, chicken, duck feet, etc.). The chefs and waiters - the highest praise! As for treatment, I would like more professionalism from the staff. Everything in the hotel is clean and tidy, quiet and peaceful.

The hotel lives up to its 4 stars. It is located a little away from the main street, so it is quite quiet and peaceful. There is no language barrier - everyone speaks Russian. I would especially like to highlight the work of the transfer system - absolute accuracy, courtesy and ease of service. The hotel is located a stone's throw from the main street and park, next to the forest. The air is clean, there are no buses in the city, only trolleybuses. Breakfast does not meet the rules of healthy eating. A lot of fried, spicy and fatty foods, no basic oatmeal every day. The doctor is more of a businessman than a doctor, prescribing procedures that are beneficial to the hotel. There is no gym, no warm jacuzzi, you have to walk from the bathhouse to the pool through a cold corridor.
