The hotel has a good location (not near the center, roads) which makes it possible to stay without unnecessary noise. But a minute's walk from the city center, the park and 5 minutes from the healing springs, Rudolf, Carolina, Krestovy. Very clean, spacious, comfortable room, good sound insulation, cleaning up to standard. Cozy restaurants inside the hotel. The SPA room is on one floor, which makes it possible to save time on trips to treatment rooms and rooms. The staff of the SPA hall can speak fluent Russian, and they offer good discounts on all paid procedures.Negatives
There was not enough knowledge of conversational and English for the 2 girls who were on shift at the reception and the Hotel and SPA hall. They refused the offer to communicate through an interpreter (in a language convenient for them), due to which there were inaccuracies in the necessary information. No free drinking water at dinner.

I would like a company that offers a transfer. I noticed that there is only one passenger seat next to the driver. It is not possible for 2 passengers to sit there for 6-8 hours. This trip was just a nightmare.

There is no balcony, the cooling system does not work, the rooms are very hot. There is no kettle in the room. The price for parking is very high (12 euros per day). Paid drinks in addition to dinner, restaurant prices

For breakfast, lunch and dinner we don't get water. Water people have to buy. In every restaurant first waiters ask if you like water with lemon for free.
