The hotel is located in a very convenient location, near the colonnade. The hotel has excellent rooms, clean, warm, comfortable. The food is tasty, sufficient and varied. The medical base is good. Pool. The most important advantage of the sanatorium is its EMPLOYEES. They patiently and kindly do everything necessary for vacationers. Many thanks to the reception administrators, medical staff, and restaurant workers. Thanks to them, our vacation was pleasant and useful.Negatives
Sometimes the Internet was weak. But, probably, this does not depend on the sanatorium. We encountered the same problem in other hotels in Prague and Karlovy Vary.

We received only positive emotions from our stay at the Maxim sanatorium. Excellent location of the hotel - next to the springs, friendly staff, helpful nurses, smiling restaurant staff, daily cleaning of spacious rooms, cleanliness. Having a pool at the hotel is a big plus. If there was also a small sauna, it would be just great! Despite the rainy weather, we had a good rest and will come again.Negatives

Здравствуйте, я вижу, что вы впервые посещаете спа-центр и с основными процедурами вы не знакомы. На самом деле все наоборот – гигиена 100%. . Эти факты знают все остальные гости, которые регулярно ходят на лечение в санаторий, и вам тоже: 1/ Вода фильтруется современными фильтрами, в современных отелях не используется старый антисанитарный метод с решетками. 2/ В отеле Максим в марте 2023 года был отремонтирован весь бассейн и фильтры. 3/ Отель Максим имеет статус медицинского учреждения. Это должно контролироваться законом. Каждую неделю работники государственной санитарии проверяют и берут воду на замер. 4/По воскресеньям бассейн работает только до 12.00, там санаторный день. Это полное прекращение реинфляции. Мне жаль, что вы не спросили на ресепшене, вам бы все объяснили, и вы могли бы наслаждаться отдыхом без лишней дезинформации. Менеджер отелa MAXIM

The procedures were not performed efficiently quickly and were combined with one another, the water in the bathroom at the end of the procedure was cold, the electromagnet was done through a plastic bag, as it was combined with a gas bag. Gas injections were also limited for one procedure, only 4 desired parts of the body.

Upon arrival they say that you cannot pay by card, but after 2 days I see that you can pay by card and then they say that then the machine did not work but now it works. but then it was already paid for in cash in crowns, which had to go to the bank to receive it, so the exchange rate had to be paid for it. The rooms for treatments are very small, and the swimming pool is also very, very small. The Oberschweszer was unfriendly and occasionally rude.
