Spacious, comfortable room, you can use the services of the entire complex: a restaurant in Zvezda, medical procedures in different buildings, a large nice swimming pool and saunas. There is a cozy restaurant and a lot of other things. Beautiful Roman baths in Nove Lazne, fitness room. Opposite there is a beautiful park and colonnade. The location is great! 1) We didn’t like the seating arrangement in the restaurant. The tables were very crowded, while part of the restaurant was closed to guests. We thank Sanatoriums.com for organizing our vacation! We booked the Neapol sanatorium, but they upgraded our category and placed us in the Imperial building. The room is not large, but with good fresh renovation, new bed linen, bathrobes, towels and all bathroom accessories. Cleaned daily, towels and bed linen changed. The food is at a very high level. During our stay there were not many vacationers, the restaurant was spacious and the restaurant itself was very beautiful. We took half board and were very pleased with both the variety of dishes and their taste. Thanks to the chefs and service staff. The sanatorium has excellent medical staff. Everyone from the doctor to the medical staff during the procedures is very caring and attentive. The medical center works smoothly, everything is on time, very high-quality treatment using mineral water, natural mud and carbon dioxide from its own well. The swimming pool and saunas were additional entertainment in the winter. Connecting several resorts of the Ensana system with single passages is a very good idea, especially in winter. We could visit bars and musical evenings in other hotels, went to a concert in the Casino, could visit the Roman baths and saunas in the Nové Lazne 5* hotel, and all this without going outside.Negatives

The food was very often over-salted, both the first and second courses. In the rooms in Naples, there are locks on the front doors that can only be closed from the outside if you slam the door hard, and there is a constant knocking from early morning until late evening. The shower in our room was very strangely attached; it poured everywhere but on you. The cleaning was carried out quite superficially, the dust on the surfaces, as it seemed to us, was not wiped off even once in 10 days. The Roman baths are a wonderful place, the only thing we didn’t understand was why in the “stream” with pebbles with cold and hot water one day the water was scalding hot , so that everyone jumped out immediately from there, and the next day it was warm and comfortable. It was a very nice 10-day relaxation cure in Ensana Hotels.❤ Our room in the Hotel Naples was very spacious, we didn't miss anything and the view from 2 balconies was spectacular. The staff throughout the area is very nice🤩 The food is always fresh and tasty 👍 We both particularly liked the wellness oases (wellness center in the Hotel Hvezda and Roman baths in Nove Lazne) 🤗Negatives
We didn't like the New Year's Eve party. It's questionable why they charge additional fees. The food was almost as good as always, but nothing special. The drinks weren't included.
