There were more disadvantages than I expected, although I am not a picky client: 1. Location. 2 km to the colonnade and not 1 km as advertised. That is, a day to walk at least 4 km only there and back. the hotel could arrange for some kind of transfer to the center, 2-3 times a day would not be expensive for the hotel and good for the guests. 2. I deliberately chose a hotel not in the center. I was looking forward to relaxing in silence. What was not indicated anywhere was the construction of a new building right 10 meters away, under the windows. Accordingly, noise from 8 am to 6 pm. It is impossible to open the windows. 3. Very uncomfortable beds in single rooms. Almost like a shelf on a train. Moreover, when, due to noise from construction, I was transferred to another room 3 days before departure, it turned out that the quality of the pillows and blankets in the double room was completely different. 4. Breakfast is too monotonous. When you go on a business trip, you don’t care about the same monotony for 3-4 days. But people come for treatment for 10 days or more. Knowing the restaurant's capabilities for lunch and dinner, we could have made a little effort and diversified it. 5. Poor soundproofing of the rooms. Everything can be heard verbatim in another number. The maids make an incredible noise at 7:30 in the morning. They want to clean it up quickly. But they clean up poorly. Do not replace toiletries. By the way: you need to take shampoo and conditioner with you. 6. The refrigerator in the room did not work. The same goes for batteries. The receptionist didn't know how to turn on the batteries. It was advised to turn the handle to adjustable positions. It didn't give any results. 7. For room service they charge an additional 100 CZK. This information was not included in the room service menu brochure. Then they showed me a brochure with a strip pasted at the bottom with this information. Very unprofessional. 8. And the last thing that was very upsetting: the airport transfer on the way back was caught by a reckless driver. I didn’t keep the speed limit the whole way, I was driving at 140 km per hour, I didn’t keep the distance, I didn’t show turns. Sharp braking constantly because there is a lot of road repairs and I braked sharply from a speed of 140 km. He did not respond to requests to travel according to the rules. He said that this was not an individual transfer and he needed to meet someone. Very unsafe driving. I am a driver myself with 20 years of experience.

Liked everything! The hotel we initially chose was small and not in the center, with a sauna and swimming pool. We had a 5+ holiday. All procedures are available, the staff is very pleasant and responsive. The restaurant is beyond praise. There were no cons for us! If someone goes to look for shortcomings, then maybe they will find them somewhere. And if you are going to get treatment and relax, then this is the place for you! One of the disadvantages for some may be the distant location from the colonnade. But for us it was a plus. Movement is life! Especially in our “sedentary” times...

It’s a pity that the treatment takes days off. There was no warning about this on the website, as a result, treatment began only on Monday, and we arrived on Friday in the middle of the day.

We were in this sanatorium from 10.28.2017 to 11.10.2017. A huge advantage of the sanatorium is that it is not located in the city center, which allows you to take daily walks through the forest to the colonnade, breathe fresh air, which is very useful for cardio training and for physical condition. I really liked the pool, it was completely free almost all the time. The staff at the reception is very responsive and friendly, the service in the restaurant is excellent, the guy Thomas deserves a special thank you))) we were satisfied with all the procedures, the medical staff was responsive, the time of the procedures was moved to a convenient time for us, some procedures were replaced with others at our request without any problems. The food is very good and varied. We lived in a superior room, which turned out to be even larger than we thought with a luxurious balcony. Room cleaning is done daily. Upon request, they gave me another robe, since my wife wanted a robe of a different size. An excellent option for relaxation and treatment!

The hotel is remote from the colonnade with mineral springs; to go you need to spend an hour of time, and in the autumn-winter period, when there is rain and slush, the walk is not a pleasant one. When purchasing excursions in small groups, not to mention large ones, even travel agency transport does not stop at this hotel. Very poor noise insulation in the rooms. I didn’t like the doctor’s attitude, it can’t even be called an examination. The package included only 19 procedures—that’s for 9 nights. Other hotels offer 24 procedures per week, for the same price. The doctor does not even want to take into account the vacationer’s opinion about the necessary procedures - everything is calculated on additional payment for the procedures. I would not recommend this hotel to my friends and acquaintances.

Excellent room, standard - large area, new plumbing, staff attitude is up to the mark, service in the restaurant is very friendly, dinners are excellently served, there is a choice of main courses, interesting desserts; location outside the bustle and noise of cars, a good path to a forest spring, every day an active walk through the forest before treatments and breakfast - a big plus! Since we were relaxing with the whole family, we shared our impressions of the procedures, the conclusion is this: the girls’ massage is purely relaxation, soft stroking, a normal massage is done only by a male massage therapist, sorry I don’t remember the name; hardware massage-lymphatic drainage generally caused surprise - it is possible that the program is not configured properly, the “stockings” simply do not work, so slight inflation and that’s all... minus - there are no mud procedures - what is called a mud compress is essentially an ordinary heating pad before a massage and nothing more - so is it worth paying for this procedure? as a rule, it is included in the package of travel appointments; no mineral baths. In terms of price - many procedures are more expensive than in Central Spa. Overall, as a spa hotel - St. Moritz fits its purpose.

Fabulous hotel! Immersed in greenery, far from the bustle, it has its own territory, with gazebos and flower beds. I recommend walking to the springs along a forest path, just go down 5 meters from the hotel and walk along a straight path, for example, to the Forest Spring for about 15 minutes at a walking pace. There is everything for treatment except mineral baths. The treatment is good, there are no queues, since the hotel itself is small, I liked the gas injections the most. There is a swimming pool with panoramic glazing, a sauna, everything is free. I recommend!

There is no proper medical supervision or simple interest after guests accept the procedures. I caught a cold with obvious symptoms, but none of the so-called medical staff showed any interest. It is clear that they are more preventive than curative, but they are positioned as curative. Desserts are served for lunch and dinner. But drinks, including tea, are paid. This should be indicated on the website in the description of services.

Located on the very edge of Marianske Lazne, in the forest part. Large rooms, comfortable beds, beautiful restaurant, few people. There is a swimming pool, but it seemed very cold to me, so I didn’t swim. Every day, a walk through the forest towards the springs along a nice path along the stream; you can take a taxi back for 100 CZK if you are too lazy to walk. The location involves long walks through the beech forest. The advantages are privacy, silence and wonderful air. The food is great on the shift when the waiter Tomas works. On another shift, the cook is much weaker, to say the least. The difference is so striking that it’s even strange: on one shift there are culinary masterpieces, and on the other - downright bad. A big plus is the separate glass building of the spa center (through the passage) - no smell from the pool, beautiful views through the windows, plenty of space.Negatives

The nurse gives gas injections for some reason, painfully, to the point of tears. Although this procedure is usually unpleasant, and that’s all, this is my subjective opinion.

The appointment with the doctor is not clear. In my opinion, it is not needed at all. All procedures prescribed by him were included in the hotel price. For the sake of decency, the doctor could at least measure the pressure. Fango and partial massage, in my opinion, are one procedure, not two. At the hotel you will receive 15 procedures: magnetic therapy (1), paraffin wrap (1), fango (3), partial massage (3), pearl bath (1), CO2 gas injections (1), dry carbon dioxide bath (3), paraffin wrap(1), oxygen therapy(1). All other wonderful procedures are only for money! There were no dietary dishes, rather vegetarian ones. .
