The advantage of course is the treatment of amazing naphthalene! We well remember how our father, a rural teacher Garif Sabirovich, thanks your treatment have lived to 95 years of age, kept his spirits and often recalled with gratitude stay in Azerbaijan. Passing procedures is very convenient, the clinic has modern medical equipment that allows you to treat a wide range of diseases of the joints. The most important thing is the friendly and friendly specialists headed by dear Shakhin Babayev, head doctor of the spa hotel. Of course the hotel does not correspond to 5 stars. Starting with meeting arrivals, cleaning rooms, torn towels, slippers for 30 minutes, food. (Lack of variety, for example, 1 type of soup or porridge, lack of milk for 3 days, lack of natural juices) I can’t say that it was bad, since this does not apply to all the staff. But these little things, as a whole, leave a somewhat unpleasant aftertaste. Last year we were at the Karabakh hotel, and we even wanted to extend our stay there for a few days, despite the fact that we didn’t quite like the attitude of the medical staff towards the patients. But we understand that this is still a sanatorium-resort treatment, and I think that there is no more individual approach. Here I wanted to leave quickly. We were recommended to the Gashalakty Hotel because of the good treatment. But as they say, a fly in the ointment can spoil a barrel of honey.

The treatment is on stream and the doctors sincerely don’t care about you! I was horrified by my attending physician, and in the end I just went to the head doctor for a consultation. They write the same procedures to everyone without even looking at your card or looking at you. Why did I bring MRI images and tests if they didn’t even look at them out of politeness??? As a result, I prescribed treatment for myself and simply asked for it to be prescribed. 😣 Many physiotherapy procedures are paid. I was told that doctors should be given money, then they will see you..... and also the staff at the baths and physio rooms openly ask for tips (no matter how hard it is for me to say thank you, but when they tell you this, it’s very unpleasant). The second negative is that Gashalty sells trips to oil workers and it is very uncomfortable for a woman to be there alone. Constant harassment!!!!! As a result, I was upset with the attitude towards treatment because I was traveling only for this. I'm not sure I'd recommend it.

A little about small inconveniences. They in no way detracted from the excellent hotel experience. Just wishes to the management. 1. Heated towel rails do not work in the rooms in the summer. There is a balcony, but there are no drying facilities on it. There is practically no place to dry things. The hotel provides folding dryers, but there are few of them in stock and there are not enough for everyone. They never gave us any, despite numerous requests (“no availability”). I had to be smart and hang things to dry on the legs of an overturned table, on hangers, catching them on the crossbars of mosquito nets, etc. 2. There are no hooks in the bathroom and room. There is nowhere to hang outerwear, bathrobes, towels and other small items. I stupidly wanted to take a hammer and hammer a couple of nails into the wall. 3. The wardrobe is equipped with only four hangers. This is clearly not enough for a double room. Please add more hangers. 4. Please diversify your fruit menu. Of the fruits, only apples, pears and grapes were absolutely ripe. The plums, persimmons and peaches were, frankly speaking, somewhat greenish. The season of watermelons and melons - there was nothing for two weeks. But, again, these are minor details. Everything else is great. This hotel is one of the few where we would like to return more than once.
