I got to the hotel around midnight, tired from the trip and hungry. It was very helpful to receive a plate with bread, cheese, vegetables and juice. I immediately got a turn to see the doctor the next morning and, accordingly, procedures were scheduled for the same day. VERY attentive staff, cleanliness, buffet 3 times a day - so there is a choice of dishes. The provision of medical procedures is ideally organized - simply a Health Factory! THANK YOU! The only drawback is the lack of air conditioning in the room. It is advisable to install at least a portable fan in the rooms.

The arrangement of the room corresponds to the description and photo, there are no complaints about the maid service. Food is varied and mainly dietary, the presence of alcoholic beverages in moderate doses contributes to faster recovery and recovery! 😁 The area is quiet and picturesque, we enjoyed taking evening walks through the park to the mineral springs. We are very satisfied and plan to visit the sanatorium again. The service of the sanatoriums website is excellent, the employee Viktor competently and quickly responds to requests. The only thing to complain about is the insolent behavior of the Russian-speaking guests. We have more than once observed their claims to the medical staff and the way they express them. But the hotel is not to blame here.

Firstly, we want to thank Sanatoriums for the fact that instead of our booked 3-star hotel, they gave us a free upgrade to the 4-star Balnea Esplanade hotel, where we spent our rest and treatment. The quality of treatment is excellent, the range of procedures provided is extensive, the hotel is located in a park on Resort Island, surrounded by ponds, the weather was wonderful. We were very pleased. It was our first time in Piestany, we usually went to Marianske Lazne. We think that we will spend our next vacation here again.Negatives

In the restaurant: there are still not enough dietary dishes, a lot of fried and meat, not enough fish and poultry. In the medical building: no massage, one might say that there is none. It is very inconvenient that you cannot purchase additional massages from a specific massage therapist, as is possible everywhere in the world.

Hello! After reading negative reviews about this hotel, my wife and I decided to take a chance and were not mistaken in our expectations. Treatment, accommodation and food are 5. Of course, there is a small negative regarding the room cleaning, but for us this minus is not significant. If you want super service and for dinner or lunch shark fins, take a 5-star hotel. Everything in this hotel corresponds to 3 stars. The hotel was booked without treatment, the necessary procedures were purchased on the spot, we believe that the main procedures in this sanatorium are unique mud, a mirror (mud) pool and hydrogen sulfide swimming pool, everything else can be obtained in Russia, we also got a very good massage in the city for 12 euros for 30 minutes, I highly recommend it, you won’t find anything like this at home. The massage salon is located opposite the Magnolia Hotel on the second floor, if you don’t find it, ask at the pharmacy ( next building), the girls will tell you, they understand Russian but speak slowly. The effect of the treatment came on the third day, the pain in the joints began to noticeably recede, of course, this is all individual.
