If possible, it may be possible for an additional fee to have the opportunity to translate a medical report and test results into Russian. My husband and I came for treatment to the sanatorium for the third time. We are completely satisfied with everything regarding accommodation and treatment. I join the positive reviews of all guests. There is no need to describe the delights of Kupelny Island, the town of Piestany, in any season.Negatives
It would be good to extend dinner time to, say, 20 hours. Replace uncomfortable pillows and very uncomfortable blankets for sleeping with comfortable ones.

was treated and rested in a sanatorium from 10/09/2017 to 10/20/2017. This is my second time coming to the Balnea Splendid sanatorium. It is located on a resort island surrounded by a beautiful park, where it is pleasant to walk, listening to birdsong and breathing clean air. I consider the optimal ratio of price and quality of treatment and accommodation. The room is spacious, bright, clean and comfortable. I really like that you can go to treatments in a terry robe without leaving the building through a glass gallery, where calm melodic music always sounds. Friendly, friendly staff is always ready to help with any questions regarding treatment, accommodation, transfer, food, etc. I really like that there are 2 swimming pools (on the street and in the building), open from 6-00 to 21-00. Good food. And the most important thing is the good effect of treating the musculoskeletal system with the unique sulfur healing mud in Piestany. My joints were simply renewed. The food was plain and boring: the same menu almost every day. The room cleaning wasn't good: I don't believe the room was vacuumed even ones during the 14 days stay. The white robe was so heavy and long that it was impossible to use it.

The duration of our stay in the sanatorium is 18 days, which involves 58 procedures. We were unpleasantly surprised that this number of procedures included only 5 manual massages, including 3 that were performed with dignity (Maria), the remaining 2 - not at all. My husband had a similar situation with massages - 2 were good, 3 were none. Considering the profile of the sanatorium, we expected more professionalism from the staff. It is necessary to publish on the website what is included in the classic package of procedures and their possible number by type. На сайте sanatoriums.com нигде не указывается что необходима санаторно курортная карта, Вы что то напутали, видимо на каком то другом сайте это видели. На странице https://www.sanatoriums.com/ru/pieshtyany/lecheniye четко написано: "Рекомендуется привезти с собой имеющиеся результаты анализов, медицинских осмотров, заключений лечащего врача (не позже полугодичной давности) – что позволит сэкономить время и средства на проведение медицинских обследований на курорте. При этом, санаторно-курортная карта не требуется." Что касается массажей, проведем с сотрудниками пояснительные работы. Количество массажей всегда назначает врач исходя из состояния клиента. Эффективнее могут быть например ванны термальные, нежели массаж.

Quite decent food, but a little monotonous. There is not enough dairy products, black bread, fruits, and vegetables - only green peppers, tomatoes and cucumbers, and carrots were fresh. There weren't enough hot vegetable dishes... I would also like to diversify the baked goods. The first appointment with the doctor was formal; he did not look at my tests and pictures that I brought with me. He listened to wishes and prescribed procedures. It’s a pity that I couldn’t attend the excursions, because they started at 14.00, and the procedures ended later. Therefore, there was only one opportunity during the week - to choose a full-day excursion on Sunday (there are no procedures on Sunday) to Vienna or Budapest.

as I already wrote about cod, it’s just terrible (dry, not tasty and frozen) we understand what comfort is - this is AIR CONDITIONER - WORKING, but alas, for an additional fee of 10 euros per day per room, and since we had a comfort room 2 rooms means 20 euros, which is already uncomfortable. This is what didn’t suit us, but otherwise no problem.

I was there in June and there was no heat yet. I can imagine how stuffy it would be in the rooms since there are no air conditioners. The last three days were hot, the fan did not help.

But there are nuances: - For some reason, the robe was never changed. - There is no kettle, but you can drink tea or coffee in the cafe. - You can hear it from neighboring rooms, but most likely this is the case everywhere. Breakfast and dinner times are not very convenient. I had to run to breakfast between procedures, because... it starts early, but I want to sleep. It would be more convenient for breakfast to end at 10.00 and dinner at 20 - 20.30. In the evening, after the excursion, we did not always have time for dinner. In neighboring hotels dinner was served until 21:00. Also for lunch and dinner I would like a more varied selection of salads, cereals, milk yoghurts with fruits and nuts.
