The impression is excellent. The hotel is located in a beautiful location, the rooms are provided with everything you need, comfortable mattress, pillow, bed linen are changed every 2 days, the staff is very friendly. The food is excellent, varied, conveniently organized by time. The treatment is good, a lot of water treatments, excellent massage and a salt cave. The peculiarity of this sanatorium is that they do not have free access to the pool, there is no place in the open air where one could lie down, sunbathe and just relax, and there are no group exercise classes. I would like more tourist routes and trips. This service is represented by only one person - Natalya, who is both a driver, an organizer, and a tour guide. It is extremely attentive to the needs of tourists with health problems, but of course it cannot diversify its services and cover all areas of interest to vacationers.

We, a family, a 65-year-old couple, vacationed in the Poděbrad resort at the Bellevue Tlapák hotel from May 6th to 19th. The holiday was good and good for our health. We lived in apartments of very good quality, all technical problems were quickly resolved. We are big fans of walking. So, the location of the hotel - in the park and a 5-minute walk to the river, landscaped paths along the river with kilometer markings, gave us the opportunity to walk 20-25 km three times a day, for a total of one day. Beautiful, clean, convenient, calm and comfortable. The staff is friendly, the food is good - enough vegetables and fruits. Medical care is also very good. Qualified doctor, skilled medical staff. Our stay was greatly spoiled by the fact that the sauna, which was advertised on all Internet sites for this hotel, was closed (now this photo of the sauna in Bellevue Tlapák has been removed from the website Sanatoriums.com). All sites included photos of the sauna with smiling visitors. The same photograph was on a stand in the hotel elevator at the time of our arrival and we took a photograph of it. When we asked to meet with the director so that they could explain to us the absence of a sauna, the photograph in the elevator was covered with another photograph, from under which a photograph of the sauna was visible (at We have a photo of this option as well), When we once again asked at the registration to meet with the director, because... The fact that they taped over the photograph did not help us in any way, it only irritates us because they want to “cover their tracks”, and in an inept way, in the elevator they taped over the photograph again, this time completely (we have a photograph of this option too). It should be noted that we also have photographs of: 1) cards that lie on the table in the room, with telephone numbers of various hotel services, where there is also a telephone number for the sauna, 2) a sign on the 1st floor of the hotel, how to get to various spa rooms , where the sauna is listed 3) a sign in the transition gallery where the sauna is listed. We booked this hotel in September 2015, expecting to use the sauna. We were not informed that it was not working. It is even more disappointing that the management did not even apologize, let alone compensate. We ask the management of Sanatoriums.com to respond to our complaint, because... The management of Bellevue Tlapák discredits your site and the reliability of the data contained on it.
