Very poor nutrition, small assortment, monotonous food, little fruit and only once a day. At lunchtime and sometimes in the evening there is nothing for tea, and the tea is brewed in a common cauldron in the form of a slop, not tea, but poison. The waiters understand this (though not all of them), because if you ask them to bring boiling water with a tea bag, they bring it. An hour before the end (in time) of lunch or dinner, there is nothing in the pots, you have to ask for something to eat, this indicates that they are not watching the buffet or are saving money in this way. There was a desire to completely refuse to eat at this hotel. Our room was an apartment (sunny side), it’s autumn, it wasn’t that hot, I want to ask, “But what about in the summer, when it’s hot, do people manage without air conditioning? After all, the sanatorium is for heart patients.” I will definitely not go to this hotel again.

I rested at the Bellevue-Tlapak sanatorium in September. The weather was rainy, but this did not spoil my impressions of the holiday. The sanatorium is located in the beautiful resort town of Podebrady, the nature is amazing, everything is clean! There are a variety of procedures, mostly water ones. The effect is obvious - blood pressure has returned to normal! The staff is friendly, everyone speaks Russian well. The food is good. I would like to visit here more than once!Negatives

Very good location. The price of a tour purchased through the website turned out to be cheaper than if purchased at the sanatorium itself. Cozy, green town. Every day in the evening there were concerts on the summer mini stage. We went with our family just to relax, but at the same time we took the procedures. I am not an expert on sanatorium-resort holidays, so I cannot give an adequate assessment of the treatment. Although the Russians we talked to are not coming here for the first time, they book six months in advance. Convenient railway transport accessibility to Prague and other towns. Every day after lunch we left along new routes. We were very lucky with the weather, it was hot, we went to the lake to swim. Entrance is paid (kopecks), equipped with EVERYTHING you can and need.Negatives
We had full board, but only used breakfast; there are about 30 restaurants and pastry shops in the town, and everything there is so tasty and cheap (after Moscow)) that there was no desire to eat at the sanatorium. But we came in a couple of times, had dinner when we arrived, and had lunch when we left. They realized that they had to come at the first hour; later they didn’t bring the finished dishes. Soup - one name, stewed vegetables and boiled potatoes, chicken, beef or pork, fresh vegetables, one type of pastry, compote fruit, we didn’t find fresh (but there were some on the plates for those who arrived early). In principle, you won't go hungry.

I was treated at the Bellevue Sanatorium from March 8 to March 21. I would like to note the responsive, but most importantly, highly professional staff: any procedure was prepared and carried out very efficiently with a friendly attitude towards those being treated, and therefore after three days of treatment I felt much better! The rooms are cozy, very clean and, most importantly, warm!!! This is amazing. when you come into a warm room after a bath! I know that this is not the case in all sanatoriums. The service staff keeps the premises in exceptional order, does their work unnoticed, but how nice it is to sleep on snow-white sheets and use fresh towels every day! Thank you very much for the comfort and warmth! I cannot help but note the work of the restaurant: the dishes are varied, there is enough food for everyone, I especially liked that the waiters clean things up quickly, they are friendly, but not intrusive, and do not bother you with offers to order a drink during dinner, as in other hotels. Everyone is very delicate. And the location of the sanatorium is very good: not far from the railway station and from the central square, in a park area.Negatives
Of course, this period of stay is not the most successful, according to people’s reviews, people have been vacationing in Bellevue for many years, which in itself is indicative, since the beginning of April, sakura has been blooming in the park, everything is green and fragrant. Unfortunately, I was unable to come at another time. But next year I will definitely return to this wonderful sanatorium with these wonderful people!

To save money, we took a standard room. We didn’t expect the room to be so comfortable and quite spacious at the same time. The furniture is not perfectly new, but without the scratches and stains typical of hotels. The staff is friendly. The girls at the reception are very busy and do not always respond to questions. We are satisfied with the food. The hotel has a night bar where you can unwind. It’s best to arrive around 8 or 9 o’clock, because later our compatriots will already attack so it’s unpleasant to sit there.

Of course, the “100% effective treatment” advertised on various websites is not here, because vascular problems cannot be eliminated so easily in a resort setting. But we started to feel better and that’s it.
