Treatment infertility due to chronic salpingitis in Rimske Terme

Chronic salpingitis - an inflammation of the fallopian tubes caused by staphylococci, Escherichia coli, gonococci, streptococci, trichomonads or chlamydia. One of the possible consequences of chronic salpingitis is a complete obstruction of the fallopian tubes with scar tissue and the development of their complete obstruction. In connection with changes of this kind, pregnancy becomes impossible and they talk about tubal infertility. The treatment consists of antibacterial, anti-inflammatory and immunomodulating therapy. During remission, local physiotherapy for resorption of adhesions, spa treatment are shown. If conservative treatment fails, then a laporoscopic adhesion dissection operation is prescribed, followed by reconstructive plastic surgery that normalizes tube patency.
