The massage therapists are some of the best I experienced around the world. The views and thermal water are superb. The food had good variety and was well presented. Several saunas were closed and out of order during our visit. They have so many that we were still able to relax and enjoy but 1st time around they were all available.

M did not change the hard pillow to an orthopedic one without any problems. Room cleaning, cleanliness - everything is at the highest level. The excellent location of the hotel (on a hill with a pine forest) is excellent for improving your health. I especially liked the Russian Trail, laid by Russian prisoners of war in 1918. I liked the quality of the thermal water: it works well on the musculoskeletal system, on skin diseases, and the drinking course was also effective. Such a small thing as decorating the premises with live, exclusively white orchids gives the hotel sophistication. It was a very exciting activity to photograph, search for translations and forward to friends for intellectual pursuits. A clean, friendly town, where all passers-by say hello, puts you in a good mood for relaxing and walking. And a clearing with huge redwood trees that definitely need to be hugged, and the Russian path along which you want to walk and walk tirelessly - this is the complete delight of Slovenian nature. The kitchen is worthy of the Excellent rating. Huge respect to her employees. It was surprising how many types of egg dishes (rolls, casseroles, not counting simple omelettes and fried eggs) can be tried at the same time for breakfast. Very tasty, varied and healthy. Thank you for the healthy fresh juices and fruit and vegetable drinks, fruits and ice cream. Special thanks to the medical center for treatment and friendliness, useful procedures, everything is calm, on schedule, comfortable and taking into account your wishes. At the beginning of our holiday in the main pool at 8 am there was a water aerobics session, which we really liked; swimming and at the same time doing useful gymnastics under the guidance of an experienced instructor before breakfast was just great! Later, this water gymnastics was transferred to the pool of the medical center and deprived us of both benefit and pleasure. It turned out to be inconvenient to move to another room on another floor. It's a pity. And negative. Prohibition of visiting saunas in swimsuits. Signs stating that it is PROHIBITED to enter the font in a swimsuit are inexplicable by any logic. We were not satisfied with the justification of the ban by European culture. If you adhere to the principles of tolerance, then be fair to the end. Tolerance is freedom from prohibitions. Whether you want it in a swimsuit or without a swimsuit, please, it’s your right, your choice. Infringing on the rights of another is not tolerance. It's a shame, maybe the saunas are good, we didn't use them.

1. Unfortunately, we were unable to find a large mattress for the bed. They explained to us that the mattresses were separate and pushed together. This is not very convenient. The first thing that immediately catches your eye is that there is no information in Russian; when they asked the chief doctor (he is the only one who speaks Russian well), he said that only 5% of Russians travel there. I met a few Russians there, everyone said that no more will come. I think if they don’t change their position, the Russians will stop traveling altogether. But maybe they don’t need it. A big MINUS is that the staff during the procedures talks very loudly to each other, this is disrespect for the guests, the procedures are uncomfortable, like at a bazaar. Although the people around are very kind, when you walk around the locals always say hello to you, which is very nice.

We had a rest in the spa hotel from 27.9.19 to 10.09.19. We were very lucky with the weather and we enjoyed the paradise corner of the spa hotel. At once I want to note the excellent attitude of the staff, if there were any questions, they were immediately resolved. There were no language difficulties, we were understood. As far as treatment is concerned, we would like to emphasize the wonderful masseurs. Massage is really at a high level. We liked the pools with thermal water as well as the sauna. Cleanliness is perfect. Nutrition is decent. Everything was delicious. The spa hotel is located near the railway and there were no problems with trips to other cities. We went to Ljubljana. There is also a bus stop nearby and you can go to Celje. Very nice town with an ancient fortress. The price of a ticket for two people is 5.40 euros. I would like to note the excellent transfer. We were very satisfied with our rest. This is our second experience ordering trips through the Sanatoriums website. The first was in AbanoTerme. We still remember a wonderful holiday in Italy. I liked the pools and sauna complex. A good medical center with very attentive and friendly staff, those with whom I had to communicate were professionals in their field (physical therapy instructor Sonya, massage therapist Matei, etc., I don’t remember all the names). The staff's explanations are unclear, and in my opinion, they simply cannot exist, because such a situation is unacceptable. The room overlooked the entrance for official transport, which began work at 6 o'clock in the morning, and sometimes even earlier. I asked to change the number, but what was available had similar shortcomings. For those who sleep lightly and don’t get up early, I advise you to pay attention to this moment. The room had a very dirty carpet on the floor, covered with something that could not be cleaned (or poorly cleaned). The TV didn’t work well, I called someone three times to set it up. But in general, except for the telephone inaccessibility of the reception, all these are minor things. The sanatorium is good and the holiday was a success.

The location of the spa hotel is very attractive: the forest and mountains around, beautiful views, the opportunity to go out of the spa hotel immediately into the forest and walk on the trails every day, and the climate. The hotel and rooms are well equipped, clean, comfortable, friendly, responsive staff. Good, varied food, often from local farms. We received treatment at the medical center, which is equipped with modern equipment. Many therapists are highly qualified and try to do everything possible to help, to meet your needs. The atmosphere in the medical center is very friendly with a positive charge, which is very important for the treatment. I would especially like to mention such therapists as Vinko, Monika, Sinisha and Matej masseurs and Stella at the reception. And to thank Mida Kundih for the help with booking a room. The spa hotel has 6 saunas, mineral water pools serve as additional therapeutic procedures. I would also like to note the animation program "aqua chi gong", which is held in the water with Peter - a wonderful program that varies and is welcomed by many holidaymakers, regardless of age. It is obvious that the director Valery Arakelov and other members of the management in the Rimske Terme are trying to make the spa hotel more and more perfect.
