Charming holiday. We found Spa Resort Roman Baths on the wonderful website sanatoriums.com. We read the information and decided to go there for 11 days. We went and had a wonderful rest and treatment. The rooms are huge (30-40 sq.m.) with all modern amenities. The medical facilities are modern. The staff is qualified and very friendly. Everyone speaks three languages. Our package included 28 treatment procedures. The appointment was determined by the doctor at the appointment. The Resort has three beautiful thermal pools. In one of them, unusually useful daily exercises are carried out. The food, a buffet made from local farmers, is excellent and very varied. There is always a lot of fruit and sweets. The furniture in the room is scratched and not comfortable. The wardrobes are very tall. In the shower-toilet room, the door frame at the bottom became unstuck from the water and bulged. Several times in the restaurant, the meat and fish were very tough and impossible to chew. Approximately 40% of all cooked meat products are products. In the area where 3 Sequoia trees grow, the grass is mowed very barbarously and immediately thrown out on the mowed grass, which spoils the entire lawn. The path on the "Russian Alley" is in poor condition; there are water holes and large stones. Great hotel: we stayed at Sofijin Dvor! Everything is equipped to modern standards, cleanliness, excellent service. The staff is very friendly, everyone is ready to help, and, most importantly, the service is not intrusive. Particularly noteworthy is the location of the Roman Terme resort: it is located in a valley surrounded by mountains and forest, i.e. the air is wonderful! And the absence of heat makes it possible to breathe it 24 hours a day! Very beautiful landscape and trees in the forest. The food is good: lots of fresh and cooked vegetables, a variety of fruits, amazingly tasty cottage cheese, obviously from local farms. Pools with thermal water, all kinds of saunas. The medical workers were attentive and professional, trying to do everything possible to help with treatment and create a pleasant atmosphere conducive to the treatment process. 1. In the pool and jacuzzi, girls, girls, women with long and very long hair swim without caps.!!! The whole pool is covered in hair!!! They are removed early in the morning, but......?!?! 2. Smoking is not prohibited! Therefore, it was almost always impossible for me to drink coffee on the veranda or watch football there with a beer, or lie on a trestle bed in the pool.... In many sanatoriums it is prohibited to smoke on the territory of the sanatorium and that’s right!!!! 3. On Sunday, the medical staff rests and procedures are interrupted. 4. The website says that the staff speaks Russian - but in reality they don’t!!!! 5. Курение возможно либо в специально отведенных зонах, либо на балконах или террасах. В номерах отеля, лечебных центрах, ресторанах и местах общего пользование курение. Запрещено. 3. Время работы центра: ◆◆ Понедельник-Пятница / с 08.00 до 15.00; ◆◆ Суббота / с 8.00 до 15.00; ◆◆ Воскресенье - выходной. 4. Персонал отеля говорит на русском языке.
