We hoped to visit the Riviera thermal complex every day, we read that only the outdoor pools are closed from October, but it turned out that from 07.10 the entire complex is closed. It's a pity because the hotel pool is very small. We were surprised by the prices at the medical center - 3 times more expensive than in Moscow.

Workers in dirty clothes walked everywhere feeling like they were masters, dirtying everything around them - the carpets, the elevator, which was occupied by them all the time. IN SHORT, WE LIVED ON A CONSTRUCTION SITE, not at a resort. Contacting the administration was useless; they DID NOT RESPOND. The holiday with the FULL package was ruined.

Beneficial atmosphere, peace, merging with nature, sincere smiles of all the staff of the Grand Hotel Rogaska, many health paths, wonderful thermal pools and spas, miraculous Donat Magnesium water and of course, although the tour package includes few procedures, they are so professional and high quality that Many people need to learn how to treat patients from nurses like Tasha, Anna, Ivana (a huge hello). At the same time, I would like to wish the following: 1. Diversify or, more precisely, add new procedures (for example, gas injections, dry carbon dioxide bath, etc.) 2. We spent two weeks in Rogaska Slatina, at the Grand Rogashka resort, everything was literally great: from the moment we entered the hotel until the departure (they even gave us rations for the trip): quality and variety of food, excellent quality of service, tireless work staff, excellent treatment with Donat Mg mineral water, walks through the quiet streets of the resort in the evening, everything was wonderful! Very responsive and nice people in Slovenia will always give you advice and help. The weather was rainy from 05/11 to 05/18, but you can’t order it :) On such days we took advantage of the pool, sauna, massages and delicious coffee and cake. Come and you won't regret it!Negatives
We rented a car for 3 days, but it was hard to find parking in the evening, we parked a little far away, but it’s not scary! This gave us the opportunity to walk under an umbrella and enjoy the rain! :)
