Two weeks at the Rogašks Slatina resort flew by quickly and left only pleasant memories. As I wanted, I received real relaxation and only positive emotions. The weather did not disappoint either, it was warm and sunny all two weeks, crocuses and snowdrops were in full bloom on the hills, instilling a spring mood.
Yes, I liked the hotel, I came for one week, but then extended it for another two weeks, it was a pity that the last two nights there were no rooms in the hotel and I spent two nights in the Slatina hotel. I can, and I have already done so, recommend staying there at the Grand Hotel Rogaska. The view from the room was of the garden, the air was clean, the food was simple but tasty, the people were friendly, but the mineral water was just a miracle!

Rogashka Slatina sama specializirovana dlya gastroenterologichiskih problemov i njet dlya ortopedichiskog lechenia (v gostinice same etih procedur njet). Jest v medicinskom centri ambulanta dlya ortopedije, no ona rabotaet otdelno i po zakaze.
V sami gostinice jest osmotri i procedure katore vkljuchene v tcenu po sisteme Karlovy Vary a jest i med center, gde vrachei specialisti i mozhno tozhe otdelno zapisatse.

Room 242, the “platbands” on the entrance doors in the bathroom in the lower part are peeling due to water, the toilet lid does not look white (probably due to age), the room has old worn out floor coverings (carpet). 3. In the restaurant, during meals, at dinner, they brought checks for signature twice, for example, on 07/09 they brought checks for a total amount of 80 Euros (lunch and dinner for me and my wife) and I was persistently asked to sign, convincing me that I do not have the right ( did not pay) neither lunch nor dinner. We felt downright idiotic, because the people at the neighboring tables looked at us with sincere contempt, as if we were people without shame or conscience, who had not paid for the food and were also trying to challenge it. I (we) had to go to the customer reception desk and find out why I was being shamed? Moreover, no one apologized to us, citing some kind of mistake. All the positive impressions of the week were spoiled, and our friends and I left the hotel in the early hours of the next day.

The entire service staff is very well-coordinated, polite and, most importantly, each is an excellent professional in their field! I especially want to note that I don’t know what they call them correctly now, maids or cleaners, it doesn’t matter! and how they did it!!! never before in any country in the world where we vacationed has this happened!!! We never saw them, but every time we returned we found the room perfectly clean, with beds made and clean towels! I wondered how they could do this and I left the room, went down the elevator and immediately returned, and in my room there were three girls fluttering like bees, one doing one thing, the other, the third, and the third, respectively! and literally 5 minutes later they fluttered out of my already clean room and flew into another from which someone had just left, either for a long time or not, but when he returned he would find the room clean, without even meeting those who cleaned! Sorry to bore you with a detailed story, but I think this method of cleaning should be passed on as a teaching aid for everyone who is mastering this profession! I lived in room 154 and if possible, please note this group of three girls who cleaned our floor! Let them share their experience with others! What was previously written about excellent cuisine is no longer relevant at this stage! no matter how big a disaster happens!!! either during this period the refrigerators deteriorated, or something else, but there was simply never an appetizing smell from the kitchen, it smelled exclusively of rotten meat, for this very reason there were a lot of green flies flying around the tables, they simply did not allow us to eat! We have already begun to determine if We take food and there are no flies around our table, then we can eat the food! If there are flies, then it is no longer edible! I’m not offended and I always found something to eat, but be careful, it’s very easy to feed rotten meat to people, hoping that everything will go unnoticed, since people drink such water from a source and, you know, cleanse their intestines! And people are happy, everything is going great as it should be! But all the food goes around several times, undergoes heat treatment and is served again, in general, no waste production! As for the waiters, there are no complaints about them, every single one of them is wonderful! But the cook, even if he is Italian or retired, allows this to happen in his kitchen, or just goes home! so that there is no such negativity in the reviews! Also pay attention to the pastry chef!!! At first I got the impression that in Slovenia they don’t know how to bake at all, because almost everything is tasteless!!! but when I took a piece of pie at the Airport, I realized that the pastry chef, like the cook, requires immediate replacement!!! there is no place for them anymore in this wonderful hotel!
