We could have spared ourselves the doctor's consultation. It was unclear why we filled out the anamnesis form. The doctor didn't look at it or ask any questions about it. He made 9 crosses in the treatments and that was it. It seemed to us as if everything was too much for him.

The location of the hotel is great, you can reach the town in just a few steps. The staff at the hotel are really great, helpful and friendly. Reception as well, there is always someone there to offer help and advice. The shower wasn't that good, the temperature wasn't consistent and the water pressure was too low. At breakfast there was jam and honey in plastic packets and unfortunately the honey was not regional.

1. Doctor. My husband and I saw the doctor the day after our arrival. He spent exactly 3 minutes with both of us. I didn't look at any tests. The only thing he asked was if we had cancer. We went for radon treatment for the first time and we had questions, but the doctor sent us to the reception desk, where the secretary works, not a medical worker. 2. Food. Meat, meat and more meat. More than once the salad was stale. Clearly it had been stored in the refrigerator since the previous day. Fish 2 times a week. Always boiled hake, little edible. Soups for dinner are always the same as for lunch, they are simply heated. And often the next day the soup is simply heated up. Potatoes 3 times a day. Sometimes something is quite edible, but several times we had to go to a restaurant to eat. 3. The workers performing the procedures are not friendly and usually do not speak Russian or English. Everyone speaks German. It is very difficult when it is not possible to ask any questions, but the doctor simply does not. exists. 4. Let's go to another place next time.

There was also the opportunity to get treatment and, when the weather was nice, to swim in a small outdoor pool. Polish food is also very tasty. Certain problems with the organization of treatment are negative. The spa doctor hardly paid enough attention. The procedures were prescribed without the consent of my family doctor. Unfortunately, I only received 4 radon baths and 4 massages during my two-week stay in the sanatorium.

I recovered very well in the 2 weeks in the St. Lukas Sanatorium. The food was excellent and the service was very caring. The medical staff were always friendly and accommodating when I wanted to bring forward a treatment appointment to have more free time. The reception team and the manager were always there for me when I had a problem. Last but not least, I forgot a pair of shoes in the room that were sent to me in a package. What I didn't like so much was the initial examination with the doctor. He didn't seem very interested in the complaints I had. In my opinion, the duration of the conversation (5 minutes) was also too short to actually find out which treatments were necessary. You could mark your illnesses and complaints on a sheet beforehand. As usual, I was then prescribed a radon bath, among other things. I'm not a doctor and I don't know whether radon can only be dangerous in cancer. I had a benign tumor and the doctor still prescribed a radon bath for me... I would have liked better communication about that.

Very primitive treatment. Few procedures and short time for the procedure. for example, kriya procedure. for knees 3 min. Result 0. Massage 1 per week 15 min. 1 radon bath per week, the rest need to be purchased. The food is good but almost no fruit and very bad dessert. I wanted to find out on the spot but it was impossible to find anyone... For example, favli or canned fruit compote or an apple was the choice of dessert for dinner despite the 4 stars. Yes, the price for a week is low, but I personally will not go to St. Lucas again.
