MY REVIEW IS ONLY POSITIVE. I have been to different countries and sanatoriums... But in the St. Lukas I liked the quality of treatment, friendly service, good varied food, excellent accommodation: a clean room equipped with everything necessary for a stay, the staff’s conscientious attitude to their duties. As for the location of the sanatorium and leisure time free from treatment - a beautiful resort town, clean air, varied walks. And I have never seen unlimited access to a swimming pool and jacuzzi. Everything is fine. THANK YOU!

Bad consultation/examination with doctor. He made automatic prescriptions, without listening, without examining. The food could be better: the menu is almost always the same dish, even warmed up the next day. No breakfast on the day of departure, but a lansch package that didn't look appetizing and that with full board, where the day of departure is paid for. No help comes quickly at the reception either. One layer pushes the problem onto the other layer. That means, come at a different time. Rooms are not cleaned every day. You have to report it if you want it. Until 3 times until someone comes. Often there is no toilet paper or towels. Sauna opens too late. Swimming pool too small
