Treatment crohn's disease in Teplice

Crohn's disease is a chronic progressive inflammatory disease of the gastrointestinal tract with localization in the internal mucous membrane and submucous layers of the gastrointestinal wall. Symptoms of Crohn's disease are: diarrhea, abdominal pain, loss of appetite, weight loss, blood streaks in the feces, internal bleeding of varying intensity, fever, general malaise, the formation of abscesses and fistulous passages, diseases of the joints, damage to the eyes, skin, liver, bile ducts. Patients are shown nutrition according to diet No. 4, taking anti-inflammatory drugs, corticosteroid hormones, immunosuppressants. Relief of symptoms is carried out by laxatives, antidiarrheal, hemostatic drugs, analgesics, vitamin complexes. Surgical treatment is indicated for the formation of fistulas and abscesses, for the detection of deep wall defects with heavy bleeding, or for the ineffectiveness of prolonged conservative treatment.
