Excellent location of the sanatorium in the center of the very beautiful city of Druskinikai, all the attractions, cultural and entertainment events, clean forests with many paved paths for bicycles and pedestrian paths nearby, clean and fresh air! We were very pleased with the quality of the procedures and the work of the entire sanatorium team. perfectly balanced cuisine, lots of vegetables and a varied selection of dishes; a nutritionist was present in the cafe throughout the day, from whom you could always get advice. We ordered a suite and a junior suite, we thought it was like in hotels in Europe, but it was not the case, it turns out to be just 2 rooms with the same living conditions as in simple rooms - bed linen is changed every 7 days (even though you walk in the mud, in baths, in the pool, massages with oils), no disposable shampoo, no coffee, no tea, thank God that the towel is changed every day, The contingent is almost 80% emigrants who left their home country in search of a better life, but not they forget to come to their former homeland for treatment, and in summer and winter there are almost no of them here, the cuisine is kind of terrible - the food is disgusting, I travel a lot, but there was no such food anywhere even close, the 3* sanatorium Lietuva is nearby and the food can’t even be compared it’s impossible and there’s a buffet 3 times a day (buy a food voucher and you’ll see what the quality is here and there), I would like local residents to be provided with places for treatment (some complained that it’s impossible to buy a ticket there), Everyone I would like to inform citizens of the Republic of Lithuania - buy treatment in Lithuanian sanatoriums on the website SANATORIUMS.COM - it is more reliable and cheaper, which I have been convinced of for 5 years in a row, and I am a citizen of Lithuania!!!

We only come here because of the city. We like it very much. The location of the sanatorium is great, everything is within easy reach. The room is very good, one room had air conditioning. Coffee machines were installed in the dining room. This is already much better than it was before. The medical staff is friendly. The food is very very bad. Breakfast is good, soups are not tasty, only water, second courses are selective, some can be eaten, some cannot be criticized at all, side dishes are not tasty. Buckwheat and rice were served in water. The son simply refused to eat it. Vegetables were simply chopped onto a plate, not seasoned with anything. Juice only in the morning, a glass of compote for lunch, tea for dinner. Everything is very dosed. Breakfast is a buffet, which is, of course, a lie. This is some kind of semi-buffet. You can pick salads and appetizers yourself, and the rest will be laid out for you by the chef. Porridge - there was oatmeal only with water and three times semolina porridge. Manual massage - only I received, my husband was given three manual massage procedures, and my son did not receive a massage at all. Replaced with hardware massage. Procedures are written out manually in very inconvenient books. Why? After all, you can do everything on a computer and indicate all the procedures by day, then you wouldn’t have to constantly leaf through this book, all procedures and times are visible at once.

Everything about the Belorus sanatorium is arranged conveniently for vacationers. First of all, convenient information on the Internet. I saw everything that was described on the website when I arrived at the sanatorium. My husband and I arrived at 24 hours. Night. Within 10 minutes we were already in our room and could relax. All the registration was done in the morning and also very quickly without any incidents. We were immediately sent to have breakfast and then to a doctor’s appointment. There was no bureaucracy. All personnel work harmoniously, regardless of the work performed. The cafe where we ate, many thanks to them. Everything is delicious and very filling. The women serving the tables were simply wonderful, friendly, always smiling. The doctors are professionals, they paid great attention to my husband’s and my illnesses, prescribed treatment, and the nurses who administered the procedures strictly followed the instructions. It felt like professionals were working! The sanatorium was impeccably clean. The rooms are cleaned daily. And what a pool!!! Just a fairy tale! And what nature is around! Everything is conducive to a good, complete rest. Thanks everyone

I didn't like the procedure planning process. In my opinion, such planning became outdated 40 years ago. In other sanatoriums, we received a schedule of procedures, where for each day it was scheduled at what time you had a certain procedure. Here we had to make such a schedule ourselves every evening. You are given a spa book, where the procedures and the time required to perform them are written down, practically without taking into account the fact that a certain time must pass between some procedures, not to mention the fact that after taking one procedure you need to have time to get dressed and run to another, which may be carried out in completely different building. I would also like to note the disgusting organization of excursions. We relied on the organizer, planned and paid for an excursion to Vilnius, refused lunch, but no one was waiting for us on the excursion at the appointed time. I had to contact the reception, many thanks to the reception employee, she quickly established that the excursion would not take place... I naively assumed that in this case we should have been warned about this in advance. We got our money back, but our mood was ruined for the whole day. And although we stayed in the sanatorium for another whole week after that, the organizer of the excursions did not even consider it necessary to apologize.
