Windows in the rooms!!! I wrote about this three years ago. It's blowing from the windows. And one more thing: there are a lot of visitors to the pool from the street. Three times we were unable to get into the pool due to a lack of free lockers in the locker room. It is possible to somehow leave places for those living in the sanatorium.

We rested in the Belarus sanatorium for the second time. After our first visit, we fell in love with the city of Druskininkai! We were delighted with the Belarus sanatorium and recommended it to everyone we knew. In 2018, we decided to take a break during Christmas week. The location of the sanatorium, accommodation and food are beyond praise! The Christmas dinner by candlelight was especially enjoyable! The staff is very friendly. ….. Having booked a holiday for the Christmas week, I made an online request at sanatoriums.com - how will the procedures be carried out during the holidays? Answer - the sanatorium replied that it was business as usual. When filling out the sanatorium book with a schedule of procedures at the reception, no one told us how they would work on holidays and there were no pre-posted announcements anywhere. The announcements appeared later, behind closed doors. As a result, most of the honey. the staff was resting these days. Timed procedures were carried out by an employee on duty, in one case one on two floors. We received therapeutic exercises only once during the week (Saturday - short day, Sunday - day off, Mon. Tue. Wed. - holidays!) On Thursday we finally worked out, on Friday we went home. It’s good that when we passed by the gym by chance and saw the light there, we received information from the CLEANING WOMAN when the gym would be open, and we asked the receptionist to add it to us instead of therapeutic exercises. The situation is approximately the same with aroma relaxation and herbal tea. As a result, we received the stated number of procedures in total (mainly because we were on vacation for the second time and knew how it should be), but we had to run around asking for a replacement. I understand, of course, that people are having a holiday! But we also decided to use our holidays/weekends for rest and treatment! I would like to get it more calm and measured - really “as usual”!

Everything is fine. good food. location. Everything is nearby and the water park and ski lift to the mountain and the city center and cafes. good wifi in the room. I booked a single room. We were settled ahead of time immediately upon arrival in a large room with a double bed and sent to the doctor. I even managed to do three procedures on the day of arrival. excellent treatment and procedures and good attitude of the staff. All liked it. The town is small, but very cozy.

There is a cafe in the ten-story sanatorium building. From time to time there were night parties there. People went out to smoke and made a lot of noise right under the windows. This made it difficult to sleep. In the next room they were smoking on the balcony, the smoke was flying into our room. We went to the reception to ask for some measures to be taken, but they told us that smoking was allowed on the balcony. Although there are signs everywhere that smoking is prohibited on the territory of the sanatorium. We were lucky that people only came for the weekend. Then non-smokers moved in.

The sanatorium is constantly being improved and updated - thanks to the management for this. They are listening to criticism - long-awaited coffee machines have appeared in the dining room. New procedures are appearing - this year foot massage using the hardware method has been added - it is very popular among older patients who can no longer afford any procedures. The construction of a passage between the children's and medical buildings is underway - finally, all buildings will be connected by passages. All rooms in the 10-story building are being gradually updated - the 6th floor is currently being renovated. The updated rooms have become more comfortable - a common mattress with 2 beds pushed together, new beds, air conditioning. A wide range of procedures and attentive staff are maintained. It was possible to install a sign to the entrance to the territory, because... It’s hard for those arriving to navigate - I came with my things to the central entrance, which turned out to be closed due to the construction of the crossing. However, these works have been going on for a long time and it was necessary to announce them both on the website (which does not reflect the news of the sanatorium at all) and on the ground. This immediately creates an unpleasant feeling of inattention. The entrance to the territory and buildings is not guarded in any way. Often (especially in the evening) there are no employees in the lobby at the entrance to the main building.

But in comparison with the Priozerny sanatorium in the Minsk region, the president has not been paying attention to this sanatorium for a long time... Terrible food, terrible mattresses, and elevators are generally rarities. One of the three is alive. I didn’t think I’d see anything like this again. And most of all I liked the refrigerator in the room.. It should be called a refrigerator. And in response to my complaint at the reception, they told me that all refrigerators are like that... Yes, this is just the Stone Age. And the equipment in the nurses’ office is also impressive. You rely only on your own for medications. Full information about the procedures of the sanatorium is only available in one copy at the reception. All the information is on the Internet.. I have no doubt that I am not the first to write about this.

The sanatorium is undergoing renovations. It is impossible to stay in the room until lunch due to the noise. There is not a single chair in the junior suite room. There is not a single chair as stated in the video. The procedures are prescribed by those that are cheaper. Not all procedures work on Saturday, and on Sunday they are not available. Because of this, I had to shorten my stay in the sanatorium by several days. spa in the sauna for 10 days, only three out of eight heaters worked. They repaired it, but only after a scandal. In addition, the temperature in the sauna does not correspond to the declared one (80-85） degrees because the temperature sensor is located on the ceiling above the stove. The real temperature is hardly reaches 70 degrees. If you return from the pool in the evening through the second floor, then near the elevators you move by touch, because the lights are turned off. All this saving is reaching the point of absurdity. As much as I liked my stay at the sanatorium last year, I didn’t like it this year. I don’t think I’ll come here again.

Disgraceful attitude towards the guests of the sanatorium on the part of the administration. The neighboring rooms have been undergoing renovation for two years, powerful hammer drills are in operation and there is constant noise. Of the three weeks of stay in the santorium, repairs were carried out during two weeks. The only valuable thing about this sanatorium is the attitude of the medical and service staff. There is no point in paying for stay and food in a sanatorium when there are a huge number of rental apartments for every taste and budget. Food is at the level of Soviet sanatoriums. We will definitely come to Druskininkai, but only for a course of treatment, which we recommend to everyone.
