In Germany, the Egle sanatorium is highly advertised, but I want to say that Belarus is better!!! Thanks to everyone.. We have been to Egla 3 times, now we will be treated only in the Belarus sanatorium

We spent 1 week at the Sanatorium as a family with two children. We really liked everything. First of all, the food is very tasty, there is always something to choose from, there is a buffet system, which is very convenient when you are with children. Many thanks to the staff in the dining room, they were very pleasant, polite, kept order and cleared the dishes from the table immediately. I liked the fact that the staff paid great attention to the elderly, helped bring food, asked about wishes, helped to get to the table. Staying at the hotel is very comfortable, cleaning daily, towels changed daily, large bed. All the procedures we had with friendly, attentive staff, the procedures themselves were of very high quality. Huge selection for an additional fee. I was very pleased that you can use the pool and sauna for free. The pool is large, there are many different saunas, but during our stay, only once were they all open. The passages that are decorated with flowers, the herbal bar where they put their love into these flowers, it’s just a fairy tale. And of course, one cannot fail to note the cleanliness everywhere, absolutely everywhere, in any room, corridor, outside, such order. This is a sanatorium in which a huge amount of love, time and money is invested. Entertainment program from 17.00, thanks to the organizer Tatyana, a very pleasant woman, with an approach to everyone, without her it would be boring in the evening. The sanatorium itself is located in a convenient location, the center is 500 meters away, a cable car, a water park, a snow arena, an entertainment center for children, there was a lot more for children, but it will open later, as it gets warmer. We liked the town itself, it was nice to walk the streets and breathe fresh air. For us, this is the first experience of a holiday with treatment, we did not expect that we would like it very much, we are still delighted to tell everyone and recommend it to our friends and family. We will definitely return. Thank you everyone for your work!!!!

Very good location of the hotel. In the town of Druskininkai, located in the forest. Very calm, quiet. Great air. Every room has a balcony or loggia. Lots of glass transitions and lovingly cared for plants. Winter garden as Fito Bar. Good wellness area with several saunas, large swimming pool with integrated massage jets. Lots of choice of applications. Clean. Friendly staff. Good home cooked food. Thank you for our good stay. Kind regards to staff.

The girl at the pool reception (brunette) could have been more polite. You should at least say hello to clients, explain that there is a problem with the new program, and ask them to wait. It’s bad that the pool was open until 20. There is nothing to do in the evenings.

Friendly staff, always ready to help and explain. You can always approach your doctors with additional questions. Everywhere in the resort is clean and comfortable. A good variety of procedures, but more on that in another part of the review. Excellent pool and baths (keep in mind that Monday - Thursday only two baths, a sauna and a steam room are open, and Friday - Sunday four more are open (sauna, large steam room, with Himalayan salt and infrared). The food in my opinion is excellent: everything is freshly prepared made from a quality product, a large assortment and eat without restrictions. Not a restaurant, but an excellent dining room with excellent staff and healthy varied food. The sanatorium is in an excellent location, surrounded by pine trees, a store is a stone's throw away.Negatives
This is my second visit to the resort, so this review is based on comparison. We had an unpleasant issue with the number of procedures/package. We bought two packages of 40 procedures each (according to the length of stay), but received 24-26. I had to come up and clarify, after which my husband got 32 and I got 36, well, not 40. At the reception, I almost had to justify why there was so much (such an order, and it was paid for), in the end we were left with what we got, it cost more nerves. But from now on, it will probably be more profitable to take a cheaper package and purchase additional procedures on the spot. Another minus is that they introduced a new program that determines which procedures to prescribe, i.e. Previously, I could ask for something to be prescribed, now the cheapest one is prescribed, but the prices are the same. It would be understandable if the procedures were in price categories with the ability to choose a certain quantity from each. Moreover, the program does not work well, so everything is rewritten manually, there are errors when several people are booked for the same time, or, as in my case, a massage was indicated in the system for two more days after my departure, everyone is nervous. Something to seriously think about.

Very clean pool with healing mineral water, many treatments that can take your time for the whole day! And of course, thank you very much for the attention of the doctor, who prescribed me a special treatment and it saved me. Some of the steam rooms are not open on Monday-Thursday, Basskin / steam rooms Friday-Sunday - it could be done at least until 21 or 2200, there are a lot of people during dinner and there is little time for the pool before 20.00. I would add more Russian or English speaking channels.

The services provided exceeded expectations, the time spent and treatment left the most positive impressions. The room, food, attentive attitude of the doctor, procedures - everything is at the highest level. I was especially pleased that all the buildings were connected by galleries; there was no need to put on/take off outerwear several times a day. If we have the opportunity to visit a sanatorium in Lithuania again, we will definitely choose “Belarus”.

The city is nearby and there is an opportunity to walk through the forest, especially in winter, when it gets dark early, there is an opportunity to walk along the beautiful promenade in the evening.
