We arrived and were completely upset. Cold, drafty, blowing. They changed the room to a suite, but it also had a broken sofa. They save light, you walk in the dark in the evening, which causes depression. And the worst thing was that our baby’s stroller couldn’t fit into a regular elevator. I had to lift myself to the second floor, where all the procedures were performed. Although I clarified this point!!!! I wouldn't recommend going for my money.

The city is quiet and calm, but finding entertainment for every taste is not a problem. Overall, I liked the rest and treatment at the Belarus sanatorium. The central location of the hotel in this wonderful city and at the same time the calm atmosphere also played a role. I would especially like to note the very good work of all the service staff - it is their work that in many ways creates the main impression of staying in the sanatorium. You can’t call everyone that right away, but in the dining room it’s Yurgita and Natalya - they are friendly and will always try to help with the choice and replacement of dishes, in the main 10-story building - the maids - cleaned well and quickly, and always friendly and competent receptionists helped with with pleasure in any matter. Since I didn’t need all the procedures from the package, I did only what suited me and took a few additional paid procedures. So the treatment suited me. Mud and mineral baths always took place on time and in a calm atmosphere, I received a high-quality, professional massage from Birute Jaskalevičienė, and the wool wraps in the children's building also pleased me. Unfortunately, I didn’t write down all the names, but in fact, many thanks to everyone for creating a pleasant atmosphere in the medical buildings. The food didn’t really suit me personally; in my opinion, a buffet is the most convenient way to choose what you need at the moment from food. For me, this point will be decisive in the future in choosing a sanatorium along with a medical facility. I would like to note that, in my opinion, the choice of ready-made dishes in the sanatorium is quite wide; you can ask for something to be replaced or prepared taking into account your needs - no one will go hungry. You can, of course, list the sometimes dilapidated furniture and equipment in some offices as minuses, but this did not really affect me as everything is kept clean and tidy. Considering all of the above, I rate the overall impression of the stay at 7-7.5 points out of 10.
