The food is like in a canteen, there’s a line for it, you feel like you’ve been to the USSR... Room cleaning is very poor. There is a queue for the procedures, and you also need to get money for your own money, and not small... Attitude towards Russian-speaking people, I don’t know how to put it mildly))). Why mix politics and your personal attitude of the staff, especially in a healthcare institution, this is not acceptable. Our Israelis say that it is good in Druskininkai, and in the sanatorium in Belarus, in particular, but whether you are from any country, if you speak Russian, they speak “through their teeth.” Of course, I have no desire to go to this country anymore... Well, I won’t write about the rest of the little things, that’s enough...

This is not the first time we have come! Everything is great, the location of the sanatorium is superb. Excellent treatment, very friendly staff. I would like to mention Grazhina and Loreta - underwater massage!!! Yuri Taraday - chiropractor! Victoria - lymphatic drainage! Marina and Oksana are in the registry! And in general everything is very, very!!! Thanks everyone!!!Negatives

Great location, wonderful environment in the fito bar, nice staff, very nice treatment providers; the room is standard, but comfortable; although I was only for a week, the room was constantly cleaned, towels were changed; everywhere is clean, tidy, beautiful environment - lots of flowers and greenery.Negatives
did not like the services provided by the canteen: huge queues - it seems that the manager of the canteen does not understand what a buffet is, because what was there can be called a Soviet-era canteen; the food is varied enough, but there is a lack of fruit, and there are no berries at all. I didn't like the taste of the food and the smell of the trays. The taste of the food in the canteen across the wall is radically different - everything is very tasty there. Tickets for the "Belorus" sanatorium are expensive, so all services should be of a high level, so the canteen must be stretched.

Many thanks to the service staff for their responsiveness, patience and politeness. Special praise to the herbal bar worker who takes care of the flowers and cares for them. Just WELL DONE!!! The resort is very clean. The cuisine is very varied and delicious! The medical staff is top notch!

The sanatorium charges money for a package of services, including money for flights. But as soon as the conversation comes about poor quality service on airlines, they immediately say that this is not our problem. A recent example: we bought a package from Israel to Vilnius, via Istanbul. On the day of departure, July 12, we arrive at our airport, and they tell us that the Turks have canceled the flight from Istanbul to Vilnius. The sanatorium claims that the Turks did not warn them and, in short, this is our problem. In short, they flew away within a day. We lost time, nerves and most importantly four procedures at the sanatorium. This is such a mess. If you take money for a package, then you are responsible for the entire package. If I buy a product in a store and the product is of poor quality, they do not send me to the manufacturer, but the store either changes the product or returns the money. In short, the Sanatorium behaved very badly.

The food in the sanatorium is tasty, but monotonous, the choice is small. I didn’t like that you had to wait for everything, there was no self-service system. The dining room positions itself as a buffet, it did not live up to our expectations at all, the food trays smell unpleasant, we had to treat them with an antiseptic every time before putting the plates down. There are few fruits, no juices at all, only fruit drinks and compote. I didn't like the spa at all. The sauna system operates only on weekends; on regular days, only 2 saunas are open, a steam bath and a Finnish sauna. There are few massagers in the pool, you had to ask each time for the waterfall to be turned on, and they don’t provide towels in the spa. Many procedures work on a first-come, first-served basis; you spend a lot of time waiting.
