I rested and received treatment with my 7-year-old daughter in January 2020. They carefully compiled a schedule of procedures - after 14 we were free. I really liked the pool. The advantage is that all buildings can be reached through passages; for people in wheelchairs, there is an elevator everywhere. The children's building, contrary to expectations, operates almost autonomously, so it was always calm and quiet. Nearby there is an Orthodox church and a church. Delicious cuisine familiar to the Slavs. The room is clean and comfortable, the TV is new - more than 40 satellite channels. In the evening you can go to a disco or play here. In the city itself there is an opportunity to have fun - 400 meters away there are: a cable car (transports to the Snow Arena), the largest water park (with a subscription on weekdays, visits are not limited), a rope camp, the Neman embankment, about a kilometer away there is a lake where you can hands feed the ducks. Behind the sanatorium there is a forest area.Negatives

Horrible food, everything is very fatty, fried, if you have problems with the gastrointestinal tract, there is practically nothing to choose from - except for unleavened buckwheat and tomatoes. Some of the staff are not particularly polite.

I didn’t choose the time of my stay very well (it was the Christmas holiday - and therefore there weren’t many procedures during the holidays - and the workload was too busy on work days. There were too many procedures in one day. There were a lot of people. And so, thank you. I had a wonderful time , rested, improved my health, gained positive emotions.

Old, cold rooms. Absolutely not tasty food. Discrepancy between the number of declared procedures and those actually provided. It was not always possible to visit the pool, because it was crowded with people not living in the sanatorium. Imposing paid procedures. Lack of entertainment programs. Reluctance of the administration to change anything, despite many negative reviews.

Minus - the employee of the herbal bar is not particularly favorable towards clients; sometimes she serves herbal tea cold, without asking whether this suits the person. Although boiling water is always available. 🙂 We also encountered a situation where we accidentally injured ourselves and asked the staff on duty for basic means to treat the wound. Thank you, I found a bandage, but there was a problem with hydrogen peroxide. 🙂 The nurse on duty didn’t find it.

1.please place disposable cups near the pump rooms with mineral water! 2. The staff at the reception desk, where services are prescribed, need to be more attentive. It would be nice to somehow automate the appointment of services, otherwise you have to wait a long time while appointments are written out for each vacationer, everything is on sheets of paper, and not on the computer, in my opinion, this is inconvenient. 3. As a result, we did not receive the number of procedures promised when booking; we had to purchase additional massage services, for example, because... Only 3 massage treatments were prescribed. 4. The baths are very small, so they are not very comfortable due to the fact that the room is cool and the part of the body that does not fit in the water freezes. 5..Then it is necessary to clearly instruct vacationers: where they can and cannot go when checking in and distributing procedures. It was not very pleasant that when we arrived at the pool in one of the saunas, an employee came up and said that we were not allowed to come here... we did this until the end “We didn’t understand why, there’s a fee,” she said, but we also didn’t relax in sanatorium 6 for free. The employee at audio relaxation also didn’t initially instruct how and what to do, she just turned on the video and left, taking our books, we ourselves, looking at others, tried to do the same thing. I forgot to add oil, then not all the headphones worked, they didn’t know how to fold the chair, etc. 7. It often happened that the pool was very damp and slippery, which was fraught with injury, a woman in front of me fell in such a way that no treatment could help fix it.

- not very clean dishes in the dining room. Most likely it is washed by hand and not always well. Also, in the dining room I came across bread that had clearly already been on someone’s plate, with traces of food - this is fufufu. - I didn’t like that the hydromassage became paid and instead of it there is now only a useless massage chair, which, moreover, you can’t get into. - terrible beds! You go through procedures all day long, treat your back, then sleep at night on this bed and that’s it - you have to treat it again!

We arrived in the evening in a luxury room, from the road I want to take a shower, there is no soap or shampoo, there is a kettle, at least they put a bag of coffee or tea... The dining room is a separate issue. WORKERS are normal, but who is the cook? Not tasty, not meat, not fish, salads of the same type no imagination, mayonnaise was everywhere, the soups were delicious, not baked, I was shocked, it was so tasty. I would like to note that the manager wants to punish the canteen workers, but it’s the fault of the cook or whoever is in charge, let them at least look on the Internet how to cook from there is a minimum of products there, but they paid well. I wish you success.
