Optimal price-quality ratio. After two weeks in the sanatorium I feel much better. I lived on the tenth floor. The room was clean, towels were changed every day. A very friendly maid - Zhanna. The doctor - Glazyeva listened to me carefully and prescribed procedures that I could take. She didn’t recommend some things to me, but she justified everything and explained why it wasn’t possible. I was lucky that on my check-in day, Jurgita was on duty at the reception by the pool. She wrote everything out for me, pasted the office schedule into the book, and then pasted in receipts for paid services. There were no hiccups with the procedures. A couple of times I had to contact another receptionist, she simply didn’t know anything or didn’t want to know. Once I had to pay for a doctor’s visit, but at 8:40 her computer was not yet turned on and she sent me at the reception desk at the entrance. Food.....what is needed for people who care about their health. For those who want variety and abundance, I recommend looking at the cost of the trip. I recommend the sanatorium to everyone who wants to receive high-quality sanatorium treatment.

There is practically no negativity. There is an offer to conduct a free sightseeing tour of the city, especially for those who come to the city for the first time. We booked our dates of stay on the website sanatorium.com and did not know that there would be holidays during our stay. We did not know that November 1 was a day off and we started treatment a day later. Not all employees are equally conscientious about their duties. For example, you should not be embarrassed to ask the doctor to replace the masseuse, and not leave with the feeling of being deceived in your expectations. At the reception desk (where the time for each procedure is determined), the employees are very unfriendly and inattentive. There is a real lack of normal coffee at breakfast - this is the only drawback of the food. There used to be a drinks machine in the lobby, but that has now been removed too. Small tables in the dining room - it’s difficult to accommodate 3 people, and often seat 4 people. But all these shortcomings are more than offset by the advantages of the sanatorium.
