We rested in the BELORUS sanatorium, Druskininkai, from October 4 to October 17, 2023. To order, we used the website Sanatoriums.com with excellent service. We chose an inexpensive sanatorium; we were attracted by the presence of a spacious swimming pool and the close location of the Arena ski complex. The quantity and quality of procedures were excellent (it should be taken into account that this was our first time at the sanatorium in order to improve our health). The medical staff is very friendly, welcoming, and competent. Everywhere in the resort is clean and tidy. Room cleaning - every day. We lived in 1 building. The dining room has delicious homemade food. The sanatorium is conveniently located: not far from the center, and wonderful forest routes for walks right next to the porch. Beautiful nature, wonderful people who love this nature. Thanks to everyone who was involved in our vacation. It's a pity that wars bring grief to a wonderful holiday.

Hello, it reminded me of the Soviet times: starting from the parking lot, the reception, the canteen, the swimming pool, the unregulated flow of visitors. Chaos everywhere, no details? Bureaucracy. Your management fiasco. I rate it negatively.

I visited the sanatorium for the second time and this time according to the purchased program significantly worse and less useful procedures were prescribed. I did not perform one procedure in three days. Whenever I came, I had to wait a long time (although they never said how long I would have to wait) or the so-called "queue" was arranged in a strange way so that people who came after me got the procedure earlier. If I had not purchased additional procedures, it would have been a completely useless waste of time.

I didn’t like Valentina’s doctor’s appointment. She had to fight out 5 procedures a day with a scandal. She didn’t even look at the referral from the family doctor with the diagnosis. We went to this sanatorium for treatment and the vouchers cost quite a bit of money. Relaxation with music, inhalation and paraffin baths for the hands when diagnosed with arthrosis of two knees, it’s somehow funny. Maybe we’re just lucky. In all sanatoriums everywhere they ask the family doctor for a health card with a diagnosis and prescribe procedures that are necessary for rehabilitation. Now we will think about whether to buy a ticket for next year or not

A terrible impression from the dining room: a gloomy brown ceiling, heavy tables and chairs made of thick metal pipes, little light, a very poor choice of buffet and poorly prepared food...... The doctor did not prescribe the necessary procedures and so I changed the sanatorium the next day.
