1. I forgot a dark green Doppler umbrella in room 504 in the closet on the right side on the second top shelf on November 20th. Unfortunately, completely unexpectedly, I received a formal response from the administration to my request. They told me that after cleaning they didn’t see anything, although I’m sure they weren’t looking for him. I didn’t go anywhere except my room. I don’t want to think that it was simply appropriated. 2. A single room with a sofa was booked, the type of which was shown on the website. However, they were provided with just a double room with a large bed.

The food is unexpectedly delicious, almost like homemade. The second room, where I was moved at my request, was warm and comfortable. The procedures turned out to be surprisingly effective. In three days I got used to the pleasant reception and the accuracy of the procedures on time. Therefore, I was unpleasantly surprised by the suddenly rude treatment, when, moreover, the halotherapy session was started later, plus then it turned out that another person was accepted instead of me at my time (the same rude-speaking woman served both procedures) and then on that day I went to all procedures she was late, which was also unpleasant, as it delayed others. This left unpleasant memories of that day.

Special thanks to the sanatorium doctor, who suggested what procedures were necessary to undergo depending on health problems. All procedures were carried out by professional health workers. We rested in the BELORUS sanatorium, Druskininkai, from October 4 to October 17, 2023. To order, we used the website Sanatoriums.com with excellent service. We chose an inexpensive sanatorium; we were attracted by the presence of a spacious swimming pool and the close location of the Arena ski complex. The quantity and quality of procedures were excellent (it should be taken into account that this was our first time at the sanatorium in order to improve our health). The medical staff is very friendly, welcoming, and competent. Everywhere in the resort is clean and tidy. Room cleaning - every day. We lived in 1 building. The dining room has delicious homemade food. The sanatorium is conveniently located: not far from the center, and wonderful forest routes for walks right next to the porch. Beautiful nature, wonderful people who love this nature. Thanks to everyone who was involved in our vacation. It's a pity that wars bring grief to a wonderful holiday.

I visited the sanatorium for the second time and this time according to the purchased program significantly worse and less useful procedures were prescribed. I did not perform one procedure in three days. Whenever I came, I had to wait a long time (although they never said how long I would have to wait) or the so-called "queue" was arranged in a strange way so that people who came after me got the procedure earlier. If I had not purchased additional procedures, it would have been a completely useless waste of time.

I didn’t like Valentina’s doctor’s appointment. She had to fight out 5 procedures a day with a scandal. She didn’t even look at the referral from the family doctor with the diagnosis. We went to this sanatorium for treatment and the vouchers cost quite a bit of money. Relaxation with music, inhalation and paraffin baths for the hands when diagnosed with arthrosis of two knees, it’s somehow funny. Maybe we’re just lucky. In all sanatoriums everywhere they ask the family doctor for a health card with a diagnosis and prescribe procedures that are necessary for rehabilitation. Now we will think about whether to buy a ticket for next year or not
