There is a charming aroma of flowers in Druskininskaya. Bring me here with my eyes closed and I will say that this place is Druskininsky. Everyone in the sanatorium speaks Russian perfectly and willingly. Many people communicate with Poles in their native language. All the staff (from the administration to the canteen workers and cleaning ladies) are very friendly, attentive and friendly towards vacationers, and leave only good feelings and gratitude about themselves.Negatives
There were also negative moments a couple of times. On August 17 or 18 (this is Friday or Saturday), many could not sleep until 2 am because of loud music with pop songs somewhere near the territory of the sanatorium. And on the evening of the 25th, a wedding was held in the cafe of the sanatorium itself, and vacationers in the rooms on the same side as the entrance to the cafe also could not sleep until one in the morning because of the rhythmic music coming from them, and vacationers in the rooms on the parking lot side woke up at one nights and could not fall asleep until 3 am, while the guests were leaving, having previously communicated with each other for a long time and very loudly. This is not acceptable, people came to relax, but were met with disrespect for their vacation. This morning I heard many people express indignation about this. Probably many of them will think about whether it’s worth coming here again, and they will share similar practices at this resort with their relatives and friends in Israel.

Very responsive staff, they were always helpful to us. This is not the first time we have visited and every time we want to come back again. Good cuisine, most importantly the right one. The atmosphere is homely. We recommend this sanatorium to all our friends.

Hello. I was relaxing at the sanatorium for the third time. During the procedures, some workers are negligent, dishonest and unkind to the vacationers and their job responsibilities (they can shorten the procedure time, put in insufficiently warm paraffin, forget about the patient who is taking the dirt and the worker will not be allowed in, they will not shout and ri At the same time, everyone does not respond to comments and can answer in a rude manner. More than once I had to seek help on these issues from the attending physician. Every year, service during procedures worsens. There are absolutely no cultural and entertainment events (relaxation evenings, dances, karaoke, lectures, concerts) I don’t think it’s acceptable to go to the bar of a sanatorium when there is music for vacationers for a fee. Regarding events, it is constantly written in the book of reviews and suggestions and there is no reaction. A strange attitude. With respect, I hope for an improvement in the situation.

We visited the Belorus sanatorium in Druskininkai for the first time. No one recommended it to us, we were searching and settled on this sanatorium. And they turned out to be right. Excellent location of the sanatorium in a green area, everything is within walking distance, good, friendly staff. We received all the procedures prescribed by the doctor. The only pity is that many procedures are paid, and nothing is known about this on the website. It is worth indicating on the website which procedures are included in the price of the tour. And more wishes: organizing not only three meals a day, but also two meals a day; and it is advisable to organize evening leisure for vacationers not only in a cafe-bar.

This is not a treatment, but a conveyor belt! Lots of indifferent and even rude employees. There was no feeling, familiar from other sanatoriums, that the staff was working for your relaxation, but there was a feeling of fulfilling and exceeding the plan. A lot of fuss and lack of thought. Hotel. Deluxe room, there is a table but NO chair!? There are TWO balconies and NOT ONE stool! Towels were changed unnecessarily every day, but the shower had not been cleaned in two weeks, it was even clogged...

Food cons: small tables for 3 people, but sometimes a trio of four sits; small portions for lunch/dinner for men. Accommodation cons: very low pillows (almost flat). Wi-fi works very poorly in the rooms - you can't talk.
